The baddies are coming back! Joel McHale confirmed that fans would be getting a Season 2 of House of Villains. It’s set to shoot this February.

Season 1 of the new reality competition show premiered last October 2023. It brought together 10 reality TV villains everyone loved to hate under one roof. There, they competed against each other on who could be the ultimate supervillain.

Some of the “villains” included The Apprentice’s Omarosa Manigault Newman, The Challenge’s Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, and Vanderpump Rules’ Jax Taylor, to name a few, vying for the title and prize of $200,000.

One would think that having all those conniving baddies in the same area, let alone the same house, would be intense, and it was! According to Joel, “It was bananas (pun intended). The energy coming off of that group could power a large city. We didn’t know what was going to happen. It was really great. It was nuclear powered, and it was super fun.”

The new cast hasn’t been announced yet, and Joel cavalierly added it would be hard to beat the OG group. If he could have his way, they’d retain the cast and let them compete again.

The winner of the first season of House of Villains was crowned during the finale last month. The finalists came down to Anfisa Arkhipchenko, Johnny Bananas, and Tanisha Thomas. And when the dust settled, Tanisha from the Bad Girls Club was named the winner and crowned the baddest of the baddies.

“I had no idea what I was signing up for,” Tanisha shared on her Instagram after winning. She was thankful to be cast with such a fun crew and the best production team, and she had the best time on the show.

We’ll have to wait and see who the new crop of villains is vying for the title of ultimate BAMF.
