Rachel Leviss Reveals Why Tom Sandoval Wanted Private Chat at Pump Rules Reunion

Vanderpump Rules Season 10 was a doozy, to say the least. As such, the reunion was one of the most anticipated Bravo events ever. One of the Season 10 reunion’s most surprising moments was when Rachel Leviss decided to show up.

More surprising than that, however, was how long she actually chose to stay. As far as other surprises go, who could forget when Tom Schwartz admitted his knowledge of Tom Sandoval’s affair?

That must’ve been hurtful to Rachel seeing as she and Schwartz were in the middle of a fling at the time. But as it turns out, Tom was even more offended than Rachel. Or so Rachel has claimed on her podcast.

Did Tom try to mold Rachel’s narrative?

On the January 17 episode of Rachel Goes Rogue, the leading lady explained what went down at the reunion. She prefaced by saying, “We’re partially acting on this show and the main goal is to not break that fourth wall, and Sandoval I think wanted to maintain that.” She added, “He was not happy with Schwartz when he said at the reunion that he found out in August.”

Rachel continued, “That was part of the conversation that we had when he pulled [me] aside out of the trailer. And the cameras went down. He was like, ‘It’s not cool that Schwartz came clean with his answer,’ or he didn’t come fully clean, but he definitely didn’t stick to the date Sandoval wanted him to.”

Rachel finished her thoughts on the matter by saying, “I think he was reinforcing that I would stick to the story to keep me in his grasp, so I wouldn’t go rogue and expose it all. So, it was definitely a control tactic and it seemed to have worked for the time being.” Rachel has accused Tom of pulling strings before, but this may be a matter of revisionist history.

Vanderpump Rules returns to Bravo on Tuesday, January 30 at 8/7c.
