Southern Charm Season 9 Reunion Looks Revealed

This reunion was the chance for the cast to dress up and represent some old-world glamour that is the namesake of their show. And while everyone looked rather impeccable, it really was the guys of Southern Charm that brought that old-school look that was more apparent when Thomas Ravenel was on the show. Much better than some of the less cohesive looks from reunions past. And thankfully, they don’t bring Thomas’ baggage.

You might as well look your best when discussing the rather unsightly aspects of Season 9. The cast looks amazing! So now there’s the speculation about what will be addressed at the reunion and who will be in the hot seat.

Southern Charm Season 9: Cast reveal inspiration behind their reunion looks

It was all about velvet for both the guys and gals. Pocket squares, pleated slacks, and dinner jackets dominated the male looks. Not to mention impeccible tailoring. The ladies brought the drama with sheaths, sequins, sky-high heels, and slits.

Venita Aspen was the only star to choose a different shape dress. She paired the short black dress with black tights, and minimal but impactful jewelry from Nicole Rose Jewelry. This is one to follow. It was “Angela Bassett in Waiting to Exhale” vibes.

Leva Bonaparte, also in black, channeled “old ’90’s glam.” The dress from PatBO of the Kiawah showroom boasted a high slit and and low neckline.

Olivia Flowers stunned in a red dress with back cutout. Her hair was styled in a sexy up-do. She named her inspiration as “Sharon Stone at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

Taylor Ann Green was also in red and claimed inspiration from Nathaniel Hawthorne’s “The Scarlet Letter.” While the gown does not call to mind fashion from Puritan New England, it does boast flowers details and aptly placed cutouts.

Madison LeCroy chose the iconic look of “Marilyn Monroe” for the reunion. She wore a Proenza Schouler dress and Valentino shoes.

Craig Conover’s look was approved by Paige DeSorbo of course and consisted of a gray suit with a pocket square and brown shoes. The Sewing Down South founder called it his “next chapter” look.

Rod Razavi and Austen Kroll sported similar looks with dapper velvet dinner jackets and pocket squares. Tailored slacks and loafers rounded out their outfits.

Rodrigo Reyes wore some very distinguished shoes by Magnanni that he said he bought “at Bergdorf Goodman after a two-martini lunch with Dorinda Medley.” He chose a plaid jacket and khaki pants.

JT Thomas was wearing white slacks and shirt for the reunion. The lapels on the blazer seemed a bit unusual though.

Finally, Shep Rose cleaned up with a velvet dinner jacket and bow tie. He joked about the “mountain chic” look. It’s certainly better than anything he wears on vacation.

Whatever this crew ends up saying to each other, at least they will look amazing doing it.
