Allow me to be completely transparent and say I would like to see Alexis Bellino back on Real Housewives of Orange County. The show definitely needs more action than Tamra Judge yelling at everyone and Alexis could provide it.
Things seemed to be going that way. Lex showed up at BravoCon. She shared a snap with Heather Dubrow at a party, and then she began dating Shannon Beador’s ex John Janssen. She also seemed to be back in Tammy Sue’s good graces which only fueled the fire.
Now Alexis and John have seemingly taken their hook-up into high gear. He gave her a promise ring for Christmas and the social media is out of control. She recently bragged about him on Insta and I’m wondering if this is going to work against her. John might not be difficult to look at, but his reputation speaks for itself.
The “hotness” of it all …
It all started at The Quiet Woman, which was just another theoretical thorn in Shannon’s side. John and Alexis met within a group and then started hanging out. They briefly denied anything was going on, until they didn’t.
At one point Tamra “liked” a post questioning if John and Alexis were in fact dating and it gave Shannon the sads. Right now they aren’t speaking but that never lasts for too long.
While everyone waits to see who is coming in to stir up Season 18, Alexis wants her followers to know how awesome Johnny J is. Ugh. One holiday pic had the caption, “Johnny J, let everyone talk. But you have shown me love that I’ve never known. I love you.” This is where I really began to question if they were doing it for drama or not.
This week on her Instagram Stories, Lex shared another photo of Dirty John out in the wild and wrote, “Hotness.” Then she went on and threw up more pics of Johnny J’s boat. It’s giving … too much.
Here’s what, if Johnny J and Lexie B have some scheme going on to get her orange back and him some camera time, whatever. But if Alexis is thinking she’ll change the fans’ minds about John, she’s mistaken – and that will work against her.
