Christmas might be over but the one gift that keeps on giving is the sheer audacity of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. Kroy and his estranged wife basically ruined 2023 for their kids and they aren’t done yet.
By all accounts, the Don’t Be Tardy alum believes she’s reached sainthood because she sold some ugly shoes and bags on social media to pay for her kids’ holiday presents. This was apparently the only option besides gainful employment or giving up scratch-offs. Why get a job when you can unload “high-end” items to unsuspecting fans with bloated prices?
As for Kroy, he didn’t have anything left to sell once Kim raided his closet so his gift-giving looked a little different this year. Apparently, his four children received exactly nothing – but his lawyer is trying to make it look meaningful. They both failed miserably and Us Weekly has the scoop.
NO GIFTS FOR YOU!
Because Kroy was an enabler and did little to nothing when Kim was neck-deep in an alleged massive gambling addiction that blew out the family fortune, he’s poor now. Once again Kim and Kroy’s four kids are the victims of their parents’ ignorance.
According to Kroy’s lawyer, who had to put a lien on his house for $800 due to non-payment, “Kroy did not buy gifts, a.k.a, ‘stuff’ for the children.” I guess if he had, she would have been questioning why he couldn’t pay her for services rendered. “He didn’t sell purses, shoes, or wigs to get cash to turn into material goods; no argument, that was all Kim,” she added.
You know, if Kroy didn’t have the dough to buy Christmas presents, that’s one thing. But in lieu of “quality time” let’s think of a few things the kids really want instead of hanging out with their dad. Let’s see, how about their folks not fighting in front of them and causing trauma? That’s free. Living in a home not in danger of foreclosure because their parents have no idea how to save money. That is, in theory, a gift that costs nothing.

Kroy’s attorney continued, “What Kroy did give to his children for Christmas was his TIME and undivided attention. He took his children to church and then he cooked a big dinner for the family. Kroy gave his children the gift of time and Christmas memories, not just more stuff. Once the children opened the presents, Kim spent the rest of the day in her living space in the basement.” Lady, Kroy has no job – he has nothing but time. This is absurd.
The saddest thing here is not the end of a marriage or a family breaking up. It’s the lasting memories these kids will have of their parents fighting. Of Mom selling stuff on the internet for cash. And how the embarrassing actions of the people who are supposed to care for them ultimately destroyed their present and possibly their future.
