Good grief, Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein can’t seem to keep herself out of hot water. Amid a never-ending divorce battle with Lenny Hochstein, it probably would have been better if she had stayed silent and raked in the dough.
Instead, she’s been engaging with Loser Lenny and allowing him to provoke her into petulant social media arguments and public disputes. Despite having two young children, it appears Lisa and Lenny are going full Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann – except these two can pay their bills.
After multiple battles and constant displays of infantile behavior on both sides, now Lenny wants a PO against Lisa. Radar has the details.

Lenny has trotted off to court to request an order for Lisa to stop making “false statements” about him and Lisa 2.0. As you may know, Lisa recently accused Lenny of physical abuse and displayed photos of a bruise ALLEGEDLY courtesy of Lenny on Instagram. The caption read, “Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice. I’m being threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny and it needs to stop.”
Obviously you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know this could severely damage Lenny’s medical practice if it proves to be untrue. Accordingly, Dr. H has denied all implications of physical abuse towards his ex.
Thus, Lenny filed an emergency motion and wants a hearing to implement a protective order against Lisa and her mouth. He also filed a defamation suit against Lisa earlier this month for the accusation. Regarding Lisa’s injury, Lenny said they were having a verbal argument on a staircase when Lisa lost her balance and “fell on a stair.”
In the suit, Lenny has advised he would like approximately $50k from Lisa in damages. At this time she has not responded.
