Calling all casseroles! Vicki Gunvalson might need some support from her fans. It looks like she’s out of Real Housewives of Orange County. After giving Bravo an ultimatum regarding her appearance on Season 18, the orange tree is being planted in another yard.
Vicki has pleaded and she has begged. She almost lost her mind when Tamra Judge was invited back to the crew and she only made the guest list. Perhaps Vicki thought threatening the network would push them to give in. Instead, it looks like Vicki might be heading out. Page Six has the scoop.
The Great Plea of the OG
Vicki still has no idea why she was canned from RHOC. She lied to the viewing audience and treated the crew like crap. Vick was famous for calling it “her show” and taking any credit for positive ratings. She’s loud, she woo-hoos, and people are kind of over it.
As of today, Vicki has not received a full-time contract for next season. Tammy Sue got hers, and both Shannon Beador and Heather Dubrow are also safe. While Vicki said she won’t return as a friend, she’s probably desperate enough to accept it if it comes her way.
“I went on as good faith thinking I would show the network that I love them. I love filming, my value. But if I go back [as a ‘friend’], it looks thirsty,” Vicki said. Also, she is thirsty. She’s barely clinging to life with the amount of dehydration in her body. This is not breaking news.
Vick believes her time on the show for thirteen seasons was a “good journey.” “I don’t understand what they’re doing,” she added. Maybe listening to fans? According to the OG, she once again failed to grab that leading spot. “All the calls were done last week.”
Taylor Armstrong was bounced from the show, so Vicki isn’t alone. Additionally, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson have not revealed if they are returning. There’s a chance Vicki could experience a Hail Mary and decide to swallow her pride and return as a friend – if Bravo decides to fill her empty glass.
Real Housewives of Orange County will most likely return, free of woo-hoos to Bravo in 2024.
