Welcome back! Let’s dive right into The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, Episode 7 recap. In this week’s episode, titled “Dazed and Accused,” Kyle’s weed dinner rolled on. Kyle was furious that Sutton implied that her husband, Mauricio, cheated on her. Denise, our ragamuffin, was more ragged than usual. She confronted Erika about … something. And Sutton shared a secret about Kyle’s estranged sister, Kathy Hilton. Here’s everything that you need to know about RHOBH Season 13, Episode 7!
Kyle’s dosage wasn’t nearly enough
Kyle told her RHOBH co-stars that drinking makes her depressed. “I can’t afford to feel depressed right now!” Sutton apologized for her bizarre behavior when Kyle visited her home.
Afterward, Garcelle explained that she had no clue that her ex-husband was cheating and that he bought her a gift to convince her to come back. Cynthia opined that being single for a while is great.
And Erika, bless her heart, just wants “one good love affair.” She wants a love straight out of the movies. Not “an arrangement” like she had with her estranged husband, Tom. Erika wants a partnership.
Shady Sutton said in her confessional, “Erika, you had a love affair like in the movies. It’s Harold and Maude, only in reverse, which will probably eventually be made into a Lifetime movie.” Chef’s kiss.
Denise demanded an apology (I think)
Denise wanted Erika to explain why their relationship shifted. And she showed off some impressive facial gymnastics. Erika was completely confused. And, for the first time in my life, I could relate to Erika. Now that is terrifying.
“You treated me a certain way after I met you. I mean, I could say this about me and you, you and I, the first time I met you, you were so sweet and so lovely. And then a year later, was a different dynamic. I’m asking what did I do to you?” Denise asked. Erika asked for clarification. At this point, we need a translator, and some charts and graphs.
“Well, I’m high, but I don’t know what she is but she is on another level,” Erika said in her confessional. Erika wasn’t the only guest to notice that Denise was acting off. “Denise is slurring her words a little bit,” Garcelle commented. “Maybe she had a drink before she came because she was nervous.” Dorit added, “I don’t know what Denise was partaking in, but I kind of want some right now.”
Back at the dinner table. Denise continued, “We’re grown-ass adults. You know what I’m talking about,” she added.
“I’m sorry. I don’t remember. What are you talking about?” Erika asked again.
“If you need to take a second, watch the show, and then come back and do this f*cking great,” Denise told Erika. Cool! Dinner and a show!
Crystal, in her confessional, felt the effects of her THC-infused dinner. “Watch the show? What? Bitch, what?” she said while cracking up. I love seeing Crystal all giggly.
Denise finally spits out that Erika was “a bitch to her.” Duh! She told Erika to own her behavior. Finally, in an attempt to preserve her high, Erika apologized.
Then Denise responded, “Thank you. You’re welcome.” This exchange prompted the chef to remark, “Dude. Denise Richards is f*cked up.”
Sutton’s smoke break
Sutton pulled out a joint and lit up at the table, much to everyone’s amazement. Some of the ladies were shocked that Miss Manners would have the audacity to smoke at the dinner table. You’re at a weed dinner! You don’t have grounds to complain.
When dessert was served, it had CBD, which should have helped calm everyone. I think the chef needs to double the servings for each guest.
What was going on with Denise?
Kyle didn’t see Denise eat the THC-infused food, or drink a lot. So, the hostess believes that Denise started the party early. Who wouldn’t pregame when having dinner with this group?
Once again, Denise slammed Erika, claiming that Erika knew the entire time what Denise was alluding to. If Denise would enlighten us, I would be so grateful.
Sutton’s confessionals this season are the best. “If I were Denise f*cking Richards, I’d be walking around naked, drinking tequila, slurring my words,” she said. Amen, sister!
But before Denise could depart, Dorit asked if her fluffy pink jacket was on backward. Denise said it wasn’t. Roll tape. It was!
Denise warned Dorit to knock it off. Dorit again tried to explain about Denise’s jacket. “Stop it. I know what you’re doing,” Denise warned. Saving you from a fashion fail?
Is Kyle in denial?
Dorit couldn’t wait to tell Kyle what Sutton said about her being “in denial about something.” So, Kyle asked Sutton what she was in denial about.
Sutton admitted that she made that statement. Meanwhile, Kyle called out Sutton for “gaslighting” her. Sutton believes that Kyle is no longer happy with Mauricio and doesn’t want to face it.
Kyle reminded her that, at the retreat, she shared that she was going through a rough patch with her marriage. So, why did Sutton need to bring it up in front of all Kyle’s guests? Because Bravo is filming a television show, and someone needs to stir the pot.
Once again, Kyle hit back, discussing Sutton’s alcohol intake and how she doesn’t eat. According to Sutton, she has a condition with her esophagus where she can’t eat certain foods.
Sutton’s low blow
Sutton had reached her limit. “You’ve already lost two sisters. Do you want to lose a third?” she asked. Kyle repeatedly told Sutton, “Go f*ck yourself.”
Maybe Sutton should have read the room before poking Kyle about her feud with her sisters. When Kyle accused Sutton of knowing what Kathy was like, but keeping quiet, Sutton told the truth.
During last season’s meltdown drama, Kathy was upset that Sutton didn’t stick up for her. She received an angry phone call from Kathy. And Sutton admitted to Kyle that she saw what Kyle had dealt with. Now Kyle called out Sutton for keeping quiet during the Season 12 reunion.
Annemarie and Kyle bond
Kyle and Annemarie have a lot in common. Both are competitive, busy moms and live right down the street from each other.
Kyle doesn’t understand why Sutton came for her and attacked her marriage. And she was also hurt by Garcelle. But the comment about her sisters burned.
Annemarie wants to get to know Sutton more, and she is a nurse anesthetist. So, she is going to get to the bottom of Sutton’s esophagus.
Ladies who lunch
Crystal, Garcelle, Sutton, and Denise met for lunch. Denise looked refreshed, relaxed, and put together. Ragamuffin no more! Crystal called out Sutton for mentioning Kyle’s sisters, and Sutton agreed that it was wrong.
And finally, Denise spilled why she was angry with Erika. She was referencing the dinner party at her house where Erika discussed threesomes with Denise’s kids present. She wanted Erika to own it. Is that it? Really? Well, that was disappointing.
Kyle meets with one sister
Kyle and her sister, Kim Richards, met up. Kim has supported Kyle during the past year.
Kyle asked if Kim had met Phoenix, Paris Hilton’s new baby. She did. Kyle learned about Paris’ son via Instagram. If Kathy and Kyle are on the outs, then Kyle is on the outs with Kathy’s daughters, Nicky Hilton and Paris. Kim became emotional. She wants Kathy and Kyle to mend their relationship before it is too late.
