It seems that Austen Kroll really should be on his best behavior when it comes to Olivia Flowers. The absolutely shameless way that he hooked up with his Southern Charm co-star, and Olivia’s dear friend, Taylor Ann Green, and tried to cover up leaves him zero leeway to be anything but a gentleman.
But Austen got massively triggered while on a Southern Charm panel at BravoCon earlier this year. Audience reaction to a perfectly-timed quip from Olivia put the Pillows and Beer podcast co-host in a foul mood. And he decided to start a heated argument with his ex-flame.
Austen lashed out at Olivia after getting booed on stage
Olivia is speaking out about what went down behind the scenes at the Las Vegas event last month.
During a recent episode of The Viall Files, with Nick Viall, Olivia spilled the tea. She said, “[It was the] first time we’re all on stage together since filming so it’s a little heated. [And] someone’s question to Austen was like, ‘How should you have approached it better with Shep with the Taylor thing?’”
The Southern Charm star wanted to deflect responsibility as usual. But he was held accountable by Olivia’s keen observation.
“Austen proceeded to say ‘Well, what was I supposed to do? Just like, lie to Shep and keep talking to Taylor and then lie to him again?’” Olivia continued. “And I interrupted and I said, ‘Well that’s what you told Taylor to do with me.’ And the audience had a reaction.”
Backstage, a humiliated Austen retaliated, “F*ck you Olivia! F*ck you!”
“He just got so mad cause he gets himself in these situations, people react and have an opinion but he needs someone to blame for it so because I initiated the conversation that had other people booing him, it’s my fault,” Olivia added.
“I was eating like a bag of peanuts cause I was f*cking starving and I just threw it at him. That’s how mad I was,” she concluded. “I just threw away my snack on his face. And people were like separating us. We were just screaming at each other, and then went to the Bahamas four days later.”
It seems another session with the therapist is in order.
