Kroy Biermann is not going to be on the cover of Forbes this year, or any year in the future. Along with his beloved wife, Kim Zolciak, Kroy has helped throw his family into financial ruin by not paying his bills.
It wasn’t enough to have his Rolls-Royce repossessed or have his adult daughter pay the light bill so the McMansion isn’t shrouded in darkness. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alums also placed their home in jeopardy and it’s now on the market for a cool $6 million. The hits keep coming and Kroy has been slapped with a brand new lawsuit. TMZ has the scoop.

Kroy has another date in court courtesy of Chase. The bank wants a hefty $10k in unpaid balances. Court docs show Chase wants a judge to force Kroy into paying $13,071.88.
There are quite a few pending lawsuits against Kroy already. He was sued by a company called Sky Warrior for $52,500 from a gambling debt. The couple also owe the IRS approximately $1 million. Simmons Bank is looking for about $213k on a loan that was never paid back.
Kroy and his bride have apparently reconciled after filing for divorce a second time. Despite calling off the attorneys against each other, the local police department isn’t getting a break from their calls. Recently one of their minor children contacted 911 because Kim and Kroy were having a loud verbal argument where the kids could hear them.
Neither Kim nor Kroy appear to have a job or bring in income. Kim did a run on the most recent season of The Surreal Life and then got her vagina overhauled to the tune of $30k (the only bill “paid in full”). As for Kroy, he no longer brings in that NFL salary but receives $2,000 a month in pension.
At this time the family still resides in the McMansion and Kim and Kroy have begged the courts not to throw the property into foreclosure. It would seem either OnlyFans or bankruptcy will be their next move.
