Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, surprised everyone when they announced the arrival of their son. Phoenix was born via surrogate in January 2023. They kept everyone in the dark, even Paris’ mom, Kathy Hilton.
The Paris in Love star settled into motherhood like a pro. And it wasn’t long before she was discussing plans to give Phoenix a baby sister. Well, Phoenix is now a big brother!

Paris shared the big news in an Instagram post on November 23, 2023. She posted a photo of a pink baby outfit. The name “London” was printed on the cute top. A toy bunny with a pink collar was on the outfit, along with a pair of heart-shaped, bright pink sunglasses. This baby girl will be rocking some serious fashion.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” Paris captioned the post. Supermodel Naomi Campbell wrote, “Congratulations @parishilton & welcome Londom.” I think Naomi meant to write “London.”
Kyle Richards, who is Paris’ aunt, posted some pink heart emojis. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has a rocky relationship with her sister, Kathy. “Congratulations!!! we can’t WAIT to meet baby London!!!!! We love you!!!!” Kris Jenner wrote.
Paris prepares her nephew and niece to meet their second child
In a cute TikTok, Paris told her niece and nephew about their new cousin. Paris asked, “You guys excited for your new cousin?” Her nephew responded, “You have two babies?”
Paris replied, “I have two babies.” As the kids scampered off, Paris showed off a glimpse of her son, Phoenix. Paris captioned the video, “Priceless moments-Family is everything.” That video is adorable.
A fan wrote in the comments, “OMG ANOTHER BABY!!!! A GIRL SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!” Paris replied, “My princess has arrived!!”
