It seems like Erika Jayne might be trying for a Season 13 redemption arc, but I’m not sure it’s going to stick. There’s no doubt the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star looks amazing upon the show’s return, and she owes it all to menopause and hormones. Not Ozempic. Definitely not Ozempic.
Erika has been in a never-ending legal battle with estranged husband Tom Girardi for a long time. The couple have been accused of embezzling, filing for divorce to protect assets, and fraud. Now, while EJ tries to repair her image, she’s facing an allegation of “bleeding” Big Daddy’s estate dry. Radar has the details.

Erika is trying, you guys. Trying to develop empathy so she can stop randomly insulting Dorit Kemsley. I mean, EJ is going to therapy and everything. She’s also trying to get those damn diamond earrings back. Probably because it only costs about $1 to see her Vegas show now …
We all remember the infamous baubles Erika casually wore, despite knowing Tom’s victims were ruined because he’s a crook. Because Erika also sees herself as a victim of Tom, she puts herself at the same level as the widows and orphans. She felt the pang of poverty when she had to move out of the Pasadena Palace and into a 1500-square-foot apartment. Additionally, Erika lost the earrings when they were auctioned off to help pay Tom’s victims back.
While in the past, EJ has been accused of being a gold digger, now she’s being accused of causing “economic bleeding” to the remainder of Tom’s estate.
In 2020 Tom was forced into bankruptcy because his crimes started catching up with him. It was alleged he ran the firm of Girardi Keese like an MLM and the once highly-respected attorney was nothing but a grifter. Erika maintains she knew nothing of Tom’s crimes despite profiting from them.
Several of Tom’s clients said he won financial settlements for them in court cases, but never released their winnings. It’s further alleged most of those funds were used to finance his and EJ’s luxurious lifestyles. Also, her “music” career didn’t happen because she was “discovered,” let’s remember she was “financed” by Daddy.
Not over the diamond earrings
Now EJ wants her diamond earrings back and the prosecution is very tired of her dragging everything out. The trustee on the other side has stated she’s done with EJ and her antics.
Per the trustee, there is zero doubt the money used by Tom to buy the earrings was taken from a business account, not a personal account. In a new motion, the trustee requested the court to put an end to Erika’s madness about those damn diamonds. She feels the motion is needed “most importantly” to “stop the economic bleeding Erika is causing the Estate in pursuit of her quest to benefit from the unconscionable fraud and crime perpetrated by her husband.”
