Kroy Biermann Forced to Turn Over Rolls-Royce After Months of No Payment

It’s shocking that Kroy Biermann still even has a Rolls-Royce in his possession since we know that he and Kim Zolciak are in complete financial ruin amid their ugly, tumultuous divorce. Not shocking is that the ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy star is very tardy on the luxury car’s expensive lease payments.

The dealership filed a suit against Kroy a few months ago so they could repossess the whip. Kroy must’ve been busy whacking other financial moles because he never responded to the suit. Now, a judge has ruled that Kroy must give up the keys. TMZ had the scoop.

Kroy now has to answer when the repo man knocks

The BMW dealership that leased Kroy the Rolls must be very patient. Kroy signed a 3-year, $5,297.64 a month lease back in 2020. The lease was to end in 2023, and if Kroy had kept up with payments, would’ve totaled $190k. The dealership says they haven’t received a payment from Kroy since September of 2022. But, they only got the ball rolling on suing him a few months ago.

Kroy’s been busy trying to sell his and Kim’s house before it gets foreclosed on, handling cops constantly showing up to the house, AND accompanying Kim to her $30k designer vagina procedure; so, dealing with the car debt must not have been his top priority.

His attorney did give a statement back when news of the Rolls-Royce lawsuit first dropped, but it was basically a verbal shoulder shrug and gave a “get in line, Kroy owes everyone money” kind of vibe.

Because of Kroy’s failure to address the court, a judge entered a default judgment. Kroy now MUST surrender the car to Fulton County, GA law enforcement. The cops know where he lives, so they shouldn’t have a hard time stopping over and loading it onto a tow truck.

It’s way past time for Kim and Kroy to trade in their pretentious, out-of-budget cars for a sensible Toyota. They last forever, and it seems like their debts will too, so it makes sense.

You can catch Kim on the upcoming season of The Surreal Life, or both her and Kroy on the Milton, GA police blotter, probably.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK KROY WILL TURN OVER THE CAR WITHOUT ISSUE? SHOULD KIM HAVE ALSO BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DEBT?
