Who’s ready for some earth-shattering Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann news? Over the last few months, Kim and Kroy have been failing on every level. They can’t pay bills, they fight in front of their kids, and they are allegedly going through a tense divorce.
The McMansion which houses the family unit has been a source of tension since it has almost gone into foreclosure several times. According to Kroy, he has been unable to pay the mortgage because of Kim’s spending habits. Both have requested the judge in charge of their divorce to cancel the November auction because their children will be rendered “homeless.” Now we find out Kroy gets monthly NFL money, but what he’s spending it on is up for debate. Homeless or not homeless, that is the question
Recent media reports came out detailing Kim and Kroy’s desperate state of affairs. Despite getting a vagina overhaul and continuing to spend money on her looks, the couple have begged Georgia courts not to take their house. As the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums look for a loophole, it turns out they could pay the rent after all.
Kimbo and Kroy have filed a lawsuit against their bank to prevent the McMansion from going to the highest bidder on the auction block. They’ve even had the audacity to gaslight the court by saying their precious children will be “homeless.” Kroy’s statement read, “The consequences of losing this equity would be devastating for my family, including myself, my ex-spouse Kim, and our four minor children.”
It continued, “We would be left homeless, without financial resources, and unable to address the debts accumulated during our marriage.” Now an insider close to Kim and Kroy have said they aren’t completely broke after all. “Their money is limited. It’s not like the way they used to have money, but they can afford to pay their rent.”
Head’s up, Kim and Kroy are “getting along”
And guess what, Kimbo and Kroy are currently giving the local police force a break because they are not fighting. “She’s getting along with him at the moment,” the source added.
Kroy receives about $2,000 per month from his football pension. It isn’t a lot but it’s certainly something to work with. All of that aside, it would certainly be telling if Kim and Kroy lived recklessly for years and lost everything, only to have a judge give them a Hail Mary on the house. Stay tuned.
