And the congregation said, “Duh.” Former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is coming clean about some cosmetic work she’s had done. And if you require Bethenny to confirm she’s had facial adjustments, perhaps you didn’t exist prior to March 2008.
Bethenny has been on TikTok a lot this year. She has adopted the role of “influencer” and rates products for followers, giving an honest rich person’s review. For her efforts in seeking the truth behind the miracle of make-up, people are calling Beth out for working with a canvas that’s received the benefit of… manipulation via a medical professional.
In the interest of keeping it real, Bethenny responded with a video revealing the truth. Or at least the truth she wants us to know. Page Six has the details. Bethenny shared in another recent TikTok, “I want to tell you this is not all-natural.” Why thank you, Captain Obvious. She added there are no magic creams or secret formulas holding the key to youth.
“No face cream will make you look entirely different. There will be results, there will be improvement, drinking water, sleeping, not doing drugs, I guess going on a different food diet will change your appearance, but nothing will drastically change anyone’s appearance unless they get a little assistance,” she said.
Bethenny also touched on the health issues she’s experienced but didn’t divulge details. She added, “Many things I do keep private.” She also confessed the reason she made the video is that she is sick and tired of people commenting on her looks. Followers have accused her of having Botox and “getting a jawbone removed.”

In 2022, Bethenny opened up about seeing various plastic surgeons for a “research journey.” She did this for education on “fillers and threads and surgeries and injections and botox and everything.” Beth also mentioned she may or may not be looking into getting a face-lift. In an Instagram video she said, “I owe it to you to be totally transparent with you.” Beth also admitted to having Botox in her jaw to sculpt her facial outline.
What she won’t do is detail every single procedure she’s had because it’s no one’s business but her wallet’s. A friend in the medical industry told her, “You don’t owe anybody anything because if you say you did one thing, they’ll say you did something else.”
“I don’t owe anyone a detailed explanation of everything I eat, how much I have sex, how much money I have or everything I do,” Bethenny continued. In typical Beth style, she added, “The most important thing (is), I think I look great, my daughter thinks I look great, my fiancé [Paul Bernon] thinks I look great so I don’t give a good f–k what you think.” Um, she very clearly cares what people think, but go off.
In closing, Bethenny wants you to know if you don’t like her, you can unfollow and f**k all the way off. The woman who peed on camera for a pregnancy test said, “I don’t give a sh*t. I’m doing it my way. You want to f–king unfollow me because I don’t give you a pap smear and put my feet up in stirrups and show you every inch of me? Then f–k off.”
