Caroline Brooks must be in a forgiving mood. The Real Housewives of Dubai real estate mogul got into it last week with Lisa Rinna. Lisa decided to run her mouth on social media, you know, as Lisa does. But this time, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills villain took it one step too far.
After a dust up between Garcelle Beauvais and the cast, Rinna went on a tirade in her Instagram Stories. She wrote, “We fight on our show if we fight with Garcelle we are all of a sudden called a racist. That’s bullshit. I will not accept that. I will express myself when and how I want and I am not afraid of any of you hoes.” Lol forever at that one because she quickly deleted the slide. But before she did, she made a shocking suggestion. Rinna snapped, “And if you’re just so triggered by our show and a lot of you pussies are…Go watch [Real Housewives of] Dubai.”
The RHODubai cast quickly clapped back, with Caroline leading the charge. In her own Instagram Story, Caroline called Lisa a “trash box” and accused her of having no storyline. Where is the lie, though? But despite the vitriol, Caroline was still open to having a dialogue. Fan account Bravo Snark Side captured Lisa’s latest Instagram Story about their conversation before she deletes it.
Lisa posted a screen shot of her iPhone Notes. She wrote, “I’ve heard from a lot of you over the last week about some comments I made on my Instagram story. I never meant for them to interpreted the way they have been, but I truly appreciate you all reaching out.” She continued, “I just had the opportunity to have a lovely chat with Caroline Brooks. Caroline, thank you for the open dialogue and conversation.”
Lisa concluded, “I have the utmost respect for all the ladies on #RHODubai. And I can’t wait to meet you, Caroline.” Lisa added a kiss emoji and also tagged Caroline’s Instagram account.
Fans took the comments and weren’t happy. Said one, “All damage control from the network.” Another chimed in, “Where’s the apology? I don’t see one. I see a lot of words, but no apology.” Finally one fan mused, “So basically she’s sorry that everyone else interpreted it wrong instead of admitting she was wrong.”
