Moving on – literally. The drama from the messy break up between Lala Kent and Randall Emmett seems to have finally died down. The Vanderpump Rules star has been relatively quiet after revealing alllll of their dirty laundry. And Randall hasn’t said much on their break up at all, only giving one interview on the topic. In it, he said, “The truth is, I just always have to look at the big picture, which is she’s the mother of Ocean [Kent Emmett], and I just can’t talk badly about the mother of my child. I just can’t do it — no matter what is said about me or what she says.”
Lala has since cooled it in the press and it looks like the two are trying to disconnect as much as possible. So Randall’s next step is selling the house he lived in with Lala. As reported by New York Post, Randall recently listed the home they previously shared for $6.3 million. The 4,276 square-foot house is located in Bel-Air, with views of the mountains, canyons and ocean.
Thanks to the help of Jeff Lewis, Bravo’s famous designer of Flipping Out fame, the home is fully remodeled. He helped update the floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. Jeff also redid their bedrooms and kitchen, which presents a light feel to the house. The property also features a large patio for entertaining, a pool and spa, and a newly surfaced pickleball court. One of the listing agents, Sasha Kaplan Pollack gushed of the property, “Bel-Air is one of the best neighborhoods in California, if not the best. Surrounded by great people and breathtaking views. The opportunity is endless.”
Supposedly Randall is selling to find a bigger abode for his family. Randall shares two daughters with ex-wife Ambyr Childers and one year-old Ocean with Lala. He’s allegedly looking on the Westside of Los Angeles. Or he could be looking for another reason to get more bang for his buck outside of Bel-Air.
Recent news of a lawsuit against the Hollywood producer surfaced in April. He’s been named in a suit for allegedly not paying back a $287k loan from one of his films. Rumors of possible financial troubles for Randall have also been going around after he filed court documents to reduce his monthly child support payments to Ambyr. Randall argued he needs the payments reduced since he owes $500k to the IRS.
TELL US – WHY DO YOU THINK RANDALL IS SELLING HIS HOUSE? DO YOU BELIEVE THAT IT’S FOR MORE ROOM? WOULD YOU BUY THIS HOUSE IF YOU HAD $6 MILLION IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?
