Real Housewives of Orange County is delivering some goodness for the first time in a long time. Heather Dubrow is back like it’s 2014 again, going after Shannon Beador and making “scripted threats” from her high horse. For the first time ever, Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter are interesting to watch, and Noella Bergener is giving us almost too much. Point being, the cast is good, but there’s one person who’s missing – Tamra Judge.
Tamra has been keeping busy with Season 2 Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip and the Two T’s in a Pod podcast with Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. In spite of who’s hosting, it’s a pretty great podcast because they talk about their experiences, what goes on behind the scenes, and freely gossip about the other women in the franchise. In a recent episode, Tamra talked about Teresa Giudice’s fiancé, Luis “Louie” Ruelas. More specifically about this wild video that surfaced while filming the most recent season of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Tamra started by saying, “Let’s talk about the video. The video of Louie surfaced with a bunch of bare-chested men. Margaret [Josephs] said they were naked. I only saw bare-chested men.” I agree with Tamra here, I don’t think they were naked, just shirtless. The insane testosterone coming through in the video probably threw Marge off balance though.
Tamra continued, saying, “There were bare-chested guys on the beach and he was apologizing. I don’t know. It was weird.” Understatement of the year! The video is a whole emotional rollercoaster and it really looks like these men are involved in some sort of cult. Still, Tamra acknowledges that, “Teresa doesn’t seem too bothered by it, but the entire cast [was].” I’m on the side of the entire cast, because if you need to go to those lengths to not freak out on your wife or girlfriend, oh lord!

The thing is, Teresa clearly doesn’t want to make this a storyline, and because of that, the other women are going to make sure it’s a story this season. Tamra adds to this, saying, “Then you have Margaret and Jackie [Goldschneider] talking about [the video] and I’m like ‘Oh god. It’s just a storyline. It’s gonna be the whole season. I can just feel it’.” She then explains how this works, saying, “In Housewife world, if somebody does something stupid, it’s like ‘Yes, yes. You gave us some good information to dwell on for sixteen weeks, you know?’” Yeah, we know. Some franchises really love to beat us over the head with single storylines.
Tamra concluded her thoughts on the video saying, “As a viewer, I kind of feel sorry for him,” but she also sees why the “girls are like ‘Who the hell is this guy?’” Like the rest of us, it seems that Tammy Sue is invested in RHONJ and wants to see how things unfold here. So far, the season is off to a great start!
