Meghan King has come a long way from her marriage to Jim Edmonds. I know. Her quickie marriage and split from Cuffe Biden Owens doesn’t exactly help her case. But Meghan is busy trying to learn from the mistakes she made during her 5 year marriage to Jim. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star is currently watching old episodes on her YouTube channel. And it’s been eye opening to say the least.
Meghan recently told Us Weekly of Jim, “Yeah, he’s pretty dismissive to me on the show.” She added, “So that’s a very blatantly obvious thing to see that I see. [Like,] ‘Oh, wow, he’s really dismissive. I see what people are talking about.’ So yeah, totally.”
During one of her first watches, Meghan recapped an uncomfortable scene from season 10. Jim was busy ignoring her while she talked, which Meghan now admits was “rude.” She continued, “On the show, I’m like, ‘He’s wonderful.’ It’s so clear to me that even production saw it.” Now that she’s looking back, she has a feeling Jim would have something to say about it. She joked, “Oh, I’m sure [Jim] cares a lot.” The two have a notoriously rocky relationship, with Meghan even recently saying that he “hates” her.

But despite the rewatches being hard to relive, Meghan is glad she’s able to see it for herself. Said Meghan, “I’m able to watch them with new perspective, and I’ve had a lot of life under my belt — I’ve gotten divorced, I’ve had three children — one of my children was diagnosed with special needs. I’ve moved home, so I don’t live in California anymore.” She continued, “So all of these things have helped turned me into the person I am now. And I get to watch it back and comment about everything, how I see it play out with this new perspective.”
She also confessed that watching old episodes is “therapeutic” and “eye opening.” Meghan, who shares three young children with Jim, isn’t going to be letting them see RHOC anytime soon. She explained, “They can’t see it. No way. I’m not letting them watch that. They have to be old. My whole thing is if my child is not old enough to watch the show.. [or rather], if they’re not old enough to be at the party [that’s featured on Housewives], they’re not old enough to watch it back.”
