Noella Bergener’s messy divorce continues to get messier every day. The Real Housewives of Orange County star can’t seem to make it a week without airing out her grievances on social media. This time, Noella is pissed at her estranged husband James Bergener over NBA tickets of all things.
As reported by Radar Online, Noella ripped into James on social media again. Her issue? His law firm posted that they were holding a contest where the winner received two tickets to an NBA game. Noella decided to post a dig from a fan account to her Instagram stories. The account said, “This is sad. How is he not paying for the house his son lives in but can afford expensive ads and give away basketball tickets?”
Ever since the news of their divorce broke, Noella has made numerous accusations against James. Especially when it comes to their monetary arrangement. About a month ago, Noella publicly claimed that James cut her off, along with the toddler son they share. Noella posted to her Instagram, “To this date James has not visited our son or giving me any explanation for his departure. He has fled the state to evade service. My cards are still shut off, he hasn’t paid a dime in support, he stopped paying for our home and is currently holding up our divorce unless I sign a statement saying that I lied about him, his business partner and his brand.”
For his part, James refuted the claims and released a video to defend himself. He said in part, “my love for my son has never waned, or waxed, or left. I have not abandoned him.” James also claimed that he paid $150K for his son’s care. He concluded, “I am not a perfect man.” In the same video, he also blamed Noella for their split, citing her behavior once she was cast on RHOC. He claimed, “As filming got closer and closer, she changed. I love Noella, but I am not sure who she is anymore.”

But Noella and James both seem to have larger financial issues than some basketball tickets. Both are bogged down in lawsuits of their own. Right before they announced their divorce, it was uncovered that James owed close to $6 million in back taxes. As of mid-December, he still hasn’t paid them.
Noella was slapped with a $300K lawsuit of her own. A credit collector is alleging that she owes a law firm for work done on a custody dispute regarding the daughter she shares with her previous husband. Noella has claimed the lawsuit is “unfounded” and alleges that her ex was the one who was supposed to pay the bill, per their divorce agreement.
While I’m sure Noella just loves the chance to dunk on (pardon the pun) James any chance she gets, maybe this wasn’t the best look. In fact, none of it is. Duke it out in the courts and maybe take a break from social media.
