Vanderpump Rules is back on September 28. So much has changed. Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor, and Brittany Cartwright aren’t returning because their hard heads and ignorance finally bested them and Scheana Shay and Lala Kent will be back as new moms. But like they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same. The trailer dropped last week and it looks like Season 9 will be packed with drama. Lala and James Kennedy are front and center, while Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz appear to be going though creative differences over Tom Tom. But most interesting is the new face in WeHo – Brock Davies.
Brock is Scheana’s fiancé and father to Scheana’s daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies. But rumors are already flying that Brock had a rough first season. According to Lala, Brock hasn’t seen his other two kids from a previous relationship in four years. If true, that’s a serious red flag!

Now Lisa Vanderpump is telling Us Weekly that she “thinks the person who’ll shake things up the most this season is Brock Davies.” “He brings definitely some surprises,” LVP said. Lisa even went as far as adding, “and that whole relationship is a little … eye-opening.” Either this comment is strictly about Brock not seeing his other children, or it’s referencing much more than that. If I remember correctly from the trailer, it looks like Brock gets into it with James. So, that’s as a possibility, too.
LVP has been vocal about how fast Scheana and Brock moved in their relationship. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what’s so eye-opening about it. Let’s give Scheana some credit though, because she did get a pre-nup before Brock proposed. So maybe this time, Scheana is actually in the driver’s seat!
