Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey was smitten with Mike Hill from the jump. They even had the cute nickname, “CHill.” She put it out in the universe that she wanted to marry Mike in 2020. The model was previously married to Peter Thomas, but they called it quits in 2016.
Mike asked for Cynthia’s hand in marriage on July 26, 2019 at the grand opening of the Bailey Wine Center. The RHOA star was shocked! You know what else was shocking? Finding out that Mike and his ex-wife used to watch the show, and Cynthia was their favorite Housewife. Wow.
This season of RHOA also featured Cynthia’s legendary dungeon-themed bachelorette party. Take a bow, Kandi Burruss, for giving viewers an unforgettable event. It was rumored that Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam had a sexual encounter with the stripper, Bolo. The model was determined to marry Mike on the date October 10, 2020. The couple’s wedding featured a guest list of over 250 people and was changed to an indoor event just two days before the nuptials. Bravo dipped out of filming because of Covid-19 concerns.
Cynthia told Page Six that she has a few rules when it comes to her home, and they are designed to keep her husband happy. And Cynthia happy. “Let me tell you something: I’m around a lot of beautiful women. I’m not bringing a bunch of fine-ass women around my man,” Cynthia said. “I don’t have a fine housekeeper, I don’t have a fine masseuse, or a beautiful landscaper.”
She continued, “Anybody who is in my house, I’m comfortable with them being in my house. Beyoncé [Knowles] can’t come over; Ciara or J.Lo cannot come over– especially in a bathing suit.”

Cynthia may be concerned because in the past, her husband had a wandering eye. Mike told her that he cheated on both of his previous wives. So, is that the reason for the ban on hot women?
Cynthia said there is more to it. “I’m very protective about who I have in my home anyway. I’m big on keeping the energy right in my house,” she explained. “I got the sage going on all the time, so I don’t have a lot of people that I’m not comfortable with in my home.”
And if you are invited to a pool party at Cynthia and Mike’s house, there are some definite rules you must follow. “There’s no thong bikinis going on [or] anything like that. I try to carry myself with class … anyone that’s coming to my house for a barbecue or swimming pool, whatever … you have to carry yourself with class,” Cynthia said. “You are not just gonna be out here twerkin’; there will be no wet T-shirt contest if Mike is around.” Cynthia- have you met your RHOA co-stars?
Porsha is only allowed to come if she is escorted by a man. Porsha is engaged to Simon Guobadia, who is the very recent ex-husband of RHOA co-star Falynn Guobadia. But since Porsha stopped following Cynthia on Instagram, she probably won’t be hanging by the pool.

Cynthia only has eyes for her husband. “I’m only interested in Mike Hill, so no one has to worry about me … Atlanta is definitely ‘Hotlanta,’ and the men have a lot more to choose from,” she commented. “They have more advantage than the women do.”
