Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is gearing up to be explosive as ever. And this time around, it’s without Brandi Glanville and Camille Grammer stirring the pot. Erika Jayne will finally have an interesting storyline on the show, but unfortunately, it’s due to her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi’s shady business. Tom is facing fraud and embezzlement charges and is accused of misappropriating millions in client funds to support he and EJ’s XXPen$ive lifestyle.
Miss Erika Girardi is proclaiming that she’s open and honest about the situation on RHOBH, but who even knows what the truth is. We saw Erika in the first trailer for Season 11 proclaiming that she had no knowledge of Tom’s shady legal matters. But some people, especially the newest diamond holder Sutton Stracke, aren’t buying it.
The evidence is not looking good for Erika. And it’s thought that she was filing for divorce from Tom to protect her assets, even though she’s pulling the infidelity card. And while it may be true, Tom is an old man with some serious health issues. It’s a little iffy to believe that cheating was the demise of their relationship, not the fact that Big Tommy claims to have gone through $80 million in cash. Rather, we know Erika has been kicking and screaming to hold onto her extravagant lifestyle amid the despair. And like Lisa Vanderpump said, it’s truly not a good look.
Ever since the news surrounding Tom and Erika’s legal troubles came out, more and more disturbing rumors have been surfacing. Most recently, according to Radar Online, it’s alleged that Tom scammed a victim in a car crash who was granted a $924,300 settlement after sustaining serious physical injuries.

However, the victim Christina Fulton, claims to have only received $195,000. She said Tom never provided details about her not receiving the payout. But, get this, it’s rumored he told her he was keeping her money in a “secret safe” and investing it on her behalf. Apparently, he was investing it into Erika Jayne’s lame career as a wannabe pop star.
Christina is demanding the remaining $729,300 owed to her separately from Tom’s bankruptcy case. In case you forgot, Tom’s finances are now in the hands of a trustee who is determining which assets to sell off to pay his piling debts. The trustee was appointed after the Girardi assets were frozen, and Tom lost his license to practice law in California. The disgraced lawyer owes more than $26 million to victims in settlement funds. EJ’s going to have to try to sell a lot more of her clothes and glam to pay off that one.
