The Real Housewives Of Atlanta would’ve truly had the most boring season yet if it weren’t for the friends-of pulling their weight. This season even had Cynthia Bailey’s super-spreader wedding, an alleged cast hookup with Bolo the stripper and Porsha Williams getting arrested while protesting for Black Lives Matter. And somehow, it was still dry.
The OG ladies are just not bringing it like they used to, so thank god we’ve had LaToya Ali. And I say that fully recognizing her messiness. She’s had a feud with Drew Sidora since shading her wigs early in the season. Despite getting up close and personal with Porsha Luther King at the bachelorette party, Porsha says she’s done trying to have a real friendship with LaToya. She and Kenya Moore have a love-hate relationship that might be more than a friendship. And don’t get me started on her random rivalry with Falynn Guobadia that almost led to a physical altercation.
LaToya has been bringing the mess this season, thankfully, and she’s not even a peach-holder. To be fair, neither is Marlo Hampton (which is long overdue), but she is doing the work. Maybe her feuds with everybody is the reason why she’s being accused of faking sick to skip the reunion because she was definitely going to be in the hot seat.
Now, rumors have swirled that LaToya is never going to get a peach in her hand. And despite her putting in the work, she wasn’t exactly getting the big bucks from Bravo.
According to The Jasmine Brand, LaToya’s estranged husband Adam Ali claims she only made $1,000 per episode of RHOA during an Instagram live. The two are in the midst of a messy split. So, it’s not confirmed that he’s telling the truth about her finances. “When I saw the contract, like bro you’re getting paid a rack an episode,” Adam said. “I was like what are we doing here?”

LaToya also recently commented on an Instagram post by @thebravoshaderoom that insinuates she won’t be returning next season. The caption to the post was, “@latoyaforever is Not returning to RHOA! I do hope she reconsider, don’t let the devil win.” LaToya responded by commenting, “yes God won’t He do it.”
So it’s definitely not an official resignation, but it does sound like she might be done after just one season. While the news will definitely elicit mixed feelings from fans, we can all agree that at least LaToya did the most during her short time on the show.
