The true star of this otherwise dry season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta is Bolo the stripper. He performed at COVID Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party (while hilariously wearing a face shield) and was a big hit among the women in more ways than one. Word on Kenya Moore’s street is that after the cameras turned off, a few women got up close and personal with the stripper.
It’s been the main plotline of the season. We have Drew Sidora vs. Latoya Ali debating about Drew’s behavior at the party. Kenya is doing anything she can to throw Tanya Sam and Porsha Williams under the bus for getting too close to Bolo. It’s also indirectly causing friction between Porsha and Marlo Hampton’s friendship. And maybe it’s all because Kenya is jealous she didn’t get some one-on-one time with Mr. Bolo.
And Bolo has propelled his popularity into a full-time acting gig. Deadline recently announced that Michael “Bolo” Bolwaire will be joining former RHOA bore star in a Tyler Perry series on BET+. The show All The Queen’s Men follows Marilyn “Madam” Deville, played by Eva, who runs a high-class male strip club. The show will have 10 hour-long episodes and will premiere this summer.
Eva’s character sounds like a total badass in the series, which is based on a book. She runs Club Eden “with a firm hand” but isn’t afraid to do whatever is necessary to keep her business going.

The former Housewife definitely has the look and the attitude to take this role on. I’m almost positive this show will be 10x more exciting than Eva’s Bravo appearance. Probably because she will be playing someone way more interesting than herself.
The most on-point casting choice is Bolo’s character. He plays “Doc” a stripper who “gets along well with his fellow dancers and a little too well with one of Eden’s patrons.” Did they base this off 50 Cynt’s raunchy bachelorette party? Bolo was truly made for this role, and despite his denial, has had a bit of practice. Now if only we could get Porsha to play the thirsty patron looking for some action with Bolo. That’d be the ultimate clap back for Kenya’s total lack of girl code.

It looks like Bravo fans are getting what they really want — more Bolo without all of the back-and-forth cattiness or the total denial from Tanya and Porsha. He’s the gift that keeps on giving, so let’s see if he’ll be wearing his head-to-toe leopard Chanel get up, for old times sake.
