I am already sick of the word “analogy” and we are just two episodes into Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 11. Jackie Goldschneider said, “I heard Gia [Giudice] snorts coke in the bathroom at parties. I mean, I heard it! I don’t know where I heard it from… It’s the same thing!”
She was trying to get Teresa Giudice to understand the magnitude of claiming that Jackie’s husband Evan Goldschneider “does stuff at the gym.” However, now, people are flocking to Gia’s social media accusing her of doing drugs. Previously, Jackie said she didn’t regret the analogy. But, has she changed her mind?
“I can’t say that I regret it,” Jackie told ET. She added, “There was absolutely no truth to that,” in reference to the hypothetical drug accusation. She insisted, “It was definitely just an analogy. I was trying to make the point about … how words can hurt.”
Jackie claimed she “hasn’t been monitoring Gia or Teresa’s social media accounts since the premiere,” which I find tough to believe. So, apparently, she had no knowledge of Gia’s recent statement where she shared, “Saying it was an analogy is making it excusable, it’s not. My character is now being questioned. My name was used to make a point. No one should be used in that way, I am suffering the consequences for such an outlandish and untrue statement. While her marriage is happy & in tact.”

Jackie said Gia is “a great girl.” She claimed, “I would never want to hurt her reputation.”
Jackie concluded, “I just want to make sure everyone understands that it was really just to get Teresa to understand — at the very end of a long and frustrating conversation — how I was feeling.” Well, Teresa is never going to understand, despite being in the same position herself on this show, multiple times.
