Even reality TV stars love watching reality TV shows, which makes (some of) them even more relatable to me.
Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is a fan of Love After Lockup and its spin-off show Life After Lockup. To say that she’s “invested,” is an understatement. She has some strong opinions about the drama between Scott Bradshaw and Lindsey Downs.
In an Instagram Story, Leah played this video from the Love After Lockup Instagram page. In the clip, Scott says, “As of late, Lindsey’s behavior has been escalating.” Then, there’s a clip of her making a mess and dumping items from Scott’s desk onto the floor and scraping a scissor against a desk.”
Scott says, “You know, it’s just not… it’s just not normal.” which prompted Leah to say, “I have so much to say about this.”
Leah shared, “First of all, yes, I watch Love After Lockup. It’s one of my favorite shows. The comments on the video of Lindsey and Scott are so fucking sickening because people are like ‘she’s crazy. she’s on meth. Like, she’s so immature.’ First of all, this grown ass man left his home in Long Island to move to like fucking Alabama for an inmate that he met, who’s like 22 and strung out on meth.”

She asked, “And everyone’s disgusted with her behavior? She’s a fucking drug addict. This guy is fucking stone cold sober. He’s the fucking sicko. Why does the woman always get shit for everything? Why doesn’t this guy have to take any responsibility?”
Then, Leah admitted, “I can’t even believe I’m making these Instagrams right now, but I’m so upset that there’s like 300 comments under that saying like ‘Lindsey’s crazy. She needs to be institutionalized. I feel so bad for Scott. Poor Scott.’ Scott is a fucking grown ass man.”
After that, Leah continued, “He looks damn near 50. I don’t know, 60 years old. She’s like 22 and is strung out on crystal meth and he purposely sought out a relationship with someone who was in jail. He purposely looked for someone to date while they were locked up and now he’s like ‘Her behavior’s escalating.’ And everyone’s like ‘Oh my god, Lindsey. You need to be locked up, girl. You’re crazy.'”

In addition, Leah emphasized that this is not on Lindsey, declaring, “No, that man, fucking, predator, disgusting. Did you see how disgusting his lip is? I hate him so much.” She concluded her rant with “No, I’m not PMSing, but I have not left my apartment in almost a week.”
