The holidays are looking grim for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Chasing Girardi star Erika Jayne. Not only is she estranged from husband, Tom Girardi, she will most likely be asking for thoughts and prayers from Santa. Erika and Tom are in BIG trouble, and it seems like with each new day another lawsuit shows up. Ladies and gentlemen, what you are witnessing is the downfall of what was once a top attorney.
Tom has defaulted on numerous financial transactions over the years without facing penalties. While Erika has bragged about spending $40k a month for glam and using a private jet as her personal bus, those days are probably over. I’ve seen people come back from some pretty unsavory situations, but stealing money from families who lost loved ones in an airplane crash is a new low. Tom’s allies are cutting and running and that includes his law firm partner. In the latest act of rats jumping ship, Robert Keese of Girardi Keese has sued Tom for breach of contract. Get in line, Bobby.
A federal lawsuit was brought by law firm Edelson PC. Edelson represents the Boeing plane crash victims who won a settlement while being represented by Big Tommy. The victims never received their money. Documents will attempt to prove the plaintiff’s funds were transferred to Erika’s company, EJ Global. If that is proven, it will implicate Erika and make it very difficult for her to say, “I dIdN’T kNoW, yOuR hOnoR…” Because of this, Erika was added as a defendant in the lawsuit. The suit alleges the money was used to “fund their lavish lifestyles“.
If you were still thinking maybe Tom was hoodwinked or this is just a big misunderstanding, this should seal the deal for you. Now Big Tommy is being sued by his partner at Girardi Keese. Someone needs to check Tom’s pulse at this point because this man is not doing well. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tom’s firm partner, Robert Keese, is suing Erika’s husband in Los Angeles Superior Court. Robert accused Tom of breach of contract and conversion. In the suit, Robert says he practiced the law with Tommy for over 30 years and retired 10 years ago.

Tom might be thinking he should have retired too, but it’s EXP3N$$IV3 to “communicate through costume“. When he retired, Robert entered into an agreement where Big Tommy would pay him a monthly income for ten years. In exchange, Tom was able to keep Robert’s name on the law firm. At the end of the 10-year period, Tom agreed to make bi-monthly payments of $8,133.33 to Robert from retained earnings in the sum of $554,000 that Tom held in a trust for Robert. Tommy made the first two payments on the $554,000 and then stopped. Now Robert wants his $506,876. Perhaps Erika needed a lung transplant. And by lung transplant I mean new car.
Robert stated, “Girardi took money that did not belong to him for his own personal use. Girardi’s conversion of money belonging to Keese was done by Girardi without Keese’s consent. This conversion by Girardi was intentional.” Robert wants Thomas to pay up on the $504,000 owed plus interest. Um, good luck with that because Tom is having a problem figuring out what he did with $2 million this week…

This is far from over and Tom’s Chicago/Boeing suit is moving forward. We are about 5 minutes away from a criminal investigation. I don’t know if the judge isn’t a pop music fan or what, but he is pissssssed and put Tom’s case on an unusually fast track. In the interim, Erika has not commented on any of this, but she is busy posting lingerie shots of herself on Instagram. Thoughts and prayers!
