Last season on Real Housewives of New York, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, and Ramona Singer couldn’t handle the fact that Leah McSweeney had some tattoos. When Sonja heard about Leah’s tramp stamp she quipped, “That’s so when they have sex behind you, they remember who you are.”
Sonja said that it “says something negative about her.” Sonja even claimed that she doesn’t have sex with people who have tattoos, which I highly doubt. When Tinsley Mortimer said that she has a tattoo, Sonja told her that “no one is going to f*ck” her with that there. Ouch! That’s actually so mean, but not nearly as sharp as the daggers Dorinda threw at Tinsley all year long.
Dorinda told Leah that no one in the cast “the group” has a tattoo. Dorinda even made a “joke” about Leah bending over if Ramona forgets Leah’s name, which fell flat. It was also rude as hell since they had basically just met. Ramona even said she doesn’t talk to people with tattoos, which couldn’t possibly be accurate.
Luann de Lesseps wasn’t a part of the tattoo bashing squad. However, she did join Leah in getting some new ink recently. That’s right, Lu now has a tattoo. On Instagram, she shared a photo of herself at that tattoo parlor. In the caption she continued to quote herself, remarking, “Who said ‘I’m cool & not like all uncool’?”

In response, Leah dubbed Luann “the coolest countess.” Real Housewives of New York new addition Eboni K. Williams commented, “Dope AF.” RHONY alum Jill Zarin asked, “What did you get.” Even Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent chimed in. She wrote, “Yasssss countess.” I would love to watch these two have a conversation. How random (minus the obvious Bravo connection).
One fan joked, “Now Sonja won’t sleep with you anymore.” Another referenced her song “Feelin’ Jovani,” commenting, “Tatted Jovani.” A different person commented, “Please let it be about Tom,” which is a quote that never gets old.

The Instagram account Absurdly Bravo shared a photo of Lu’s tattoo up close, which apparently says “Life is a cabaret.” That’s certainly believable, but it could also be a total joke/photoshop situation. After all, that’s what I would guess too. It would either be that, a Luann quote, or a microphone.
