Well, Dorit Kemsley and husband PK Kemsley are on the lam move once again. The Real Housewives of Encino Beverly Hills couple have surprisingly listed their home for sale, after living in it for only one year. Viewers might remember the sketchy details surrounding the “purchase” of the home in August 2019. Amid a plethora of legal and financial issues, Dorit and PK moved to the “trendy farmhouse” just steps away from other Encino denizen, Kyle Richards.
This season, we saw Dorit and PK’s efforts in home renovations. Their quest to make the new Encino property their “forever home”, a place where Jaggy and little Phoenix would frolic in a backyard surrounded by idyllic views of the San Fernando Valley… But times, they are a changin’, and I guess “forever” means roughly about 12 months. Dorit and PK are looking for a place to live once again, so it’s fair to ask, will there ever be a Beverly Hills Housewife that actually lives in Beverly Hills?
Okay, I know what you’re thinking. PK and Dorit have involved themselves in another shady financial situation, so they have to ditch the new home under the cover of darkness and find another safe-house. None of us will be quick to forget the never-ending legal battles most of the cast dealt with last year. In fact, the streets were convinced the #puppygate storyline was a contrived effort to pull media attention away from the numerous fraudulent court cases happening. Looking at you, Mauricio Umanksy! But PK and Dorit’s money woes seemed particularly suspicious and daunting.
Fans were shocked upon the announcement of Dorit’s new abode. A cute shack, very close to fashion-guru and neon-sign enthusiast Kyle. Did they own the property? Are they (gasp) renting?? Dorit cheekily answered questions regarding the title ownership of the house, but interest in Dorit’s frozen checking account waned with the replacement of Lisa Rinna’s inability to keep her mouth shut.

According to Us Weekly, the 9,000 square-foot residence has been listed for nearly $9.5 million. Considering they “purchased” it for around $6.5 million, Dorit and PK might make a profit. You know what that means, lunch at Buca di Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo is on Dorit! Much like their last sale, David Parnes and James Harris from Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles are giving it a go. Because Kyle might not approve another season for Dorit if they used anyone but THE AGENCY for real estate sales.
At the time, Dorit said, “We want a less vertical house with more of a back yard. The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass.” Which is what they got, because we certainly cannot have Jaggy running amuck up and down flights of steps. But it seems their dream house wasn’t so dreamy after all.

Dorit has yet to specify why they have chosen to relocate once again. Did PK use it for collateral at the Bellagio? Is living in a house that is a carbon copy of Jax Taylor’s too lowbrow for the couple? Or maybe several Encino residents are packing up with the knowledge that Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has descended on the community so she can be closer to her package deal. Time can only tell where Dorit and PK will wind up next, and if RHOBH will ever get a real Beverly Hills housewife.
