Lisa Vanderpump & Ken Todd Fight Back After Claims They Refuse To Pay Employees In Class Action Lawsuit

When it rains it pours, right? Last weekend, a Ferrari crashed into Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd’s restaurant Pump in the middle of brunch. A couple days later, video footage surfaced of Ken admitting that he wants to maximize the publicity from the incident.

Now, the couple is being sued by a disgruntled employee who claims they refused to pay wages. And all of this is happening on the same week that Vanderpump Rules returned for Season 8. Damn.

Page Six reported that Ken and Lisa are being sued for “failing to pay minimum and overtime wages, failing to provide meal breaks — or compensation in lieu of breaks — and for violating California’s unfair competition law.”

Apparently, this lawsuit isn’t just about one restaurant though. Tom Tom, SUR, Pump, and Villa Blanca were all mentioned in the court documents obtained by Page Six.

A former employee, Adam Pierce Antoine, filed the class-action lawsuit in December. He claimed this has been going on “at least four years prior to the filing.” In his filing, he said that records were manipulated after the fact to be in accordance with California state law.

There is a court date set for March 13, but something tells me they’re gonna settle this way before that.

Ken and Lisa’s attorney responded to the claims in an interview with Daily Mail. The lawyer said the lawsuit is “frivolous and lacks merit.” He also claimed that this was an attempt to get money from the “celebrity couple.”

TELL US- IS THIS JUST A BITTER EMPLOYEE? OR DO YOU THINK LISA AND KEN BROKE THE RULES? WILL THIS CASE ACTUALLY MAKE IT TO COURT? OR WILL THEY SETTLE OUT OF COURT?
