Wow, Mercedes “MJ” Javid has had quite a year. After the struggle to get pregnant, MJ and husband, Tommy Feight, finally achieved success with the aid of IVF. The Shahs of Sunset star gave birth to her first and possibly only child. Baby Shams was born April 2019 and the couple immediately fell in love. Unfortunately, it wasn’t all unicorns and rainbows after he was born. MJ suffered life-threatening complications and had a near-death experience while in the hospital.
As if that wasn’t enough, the streets started talking about BFF Reza Farahan not visiting his ride or die after she actually almost died. In fact, none of the Shahs cast visited MJ. Obviously something happened to trigger the downfall of their friendship. Details were sparse until news broke that Tommy and his bat decided to ALLEGEDLY redecorate Reza’s backyard. After issuing a restraining order against Tommy, it seemed the friendships were over for good. So did MJ and Reza ever make up? Can Reza forgive Tommy for playing stickball with his potted plants? MJ gives us an update.
With rumors of Season 12 being totally coo coo for Cocoa Puffs, does that mean Reza and MJ have rejoined forces? Nope! MJ spoke with HollywoodLife about their feud. She said, “There has been no progress” in the status of their relationship. She continued by saying, “and that’s how it should be.” Yikes. I get these people live, breathe, and sleep drama – but it is a shame Reza can’t celebrate the birth of baby Shams with MJ. You’d think it would be one of those events that could bring people together. Of course, there is a piece of paper stating Tommy cannot legally be around Reza, so there’s that.
MJ does want Reza to know she sends good wishes, in an effort to share some kind words. One thing you can say for Tommy, he’s loyal. On July 26, MJ’s husband plead not guilty to charges of trespassing and vandalism. Tommy was ALLEGEDLY doing some old school beatdown to defend MJ’s honor. Whatever transpired between the two friends happened when she was under sedation. I don’t think you have to be Miss Cleo to know this will play out as a major plot next season.

As Tommy waits for his pre-trial hearing on October 25, the couple are enjoying their son. Par for the course, it will be interesting to see if anything is resolved. Most of the cast are vying for their spot in the Alco Hall of Fame. Probably safe to say we won’t see Tommy trying out for any baseball teams.
If the video evidence of Tommy ALLEGEDLY giving the A-Rod treatment to Reza’s lanai furniture turns out to be him, he will face consequences. On the bright side, this unfortunate incident gave Reza the opportunity to have a storyline buy some new plants for his remodeled backyard.
