MTV’srevival of The Hills: New Beginnings has returned most of the original cast to our viewing torture pleasure. However, the days of watching the cast cavort on the beach, in clubs, and in their made up for production jobs have faded into some serious real-life problems.
One of the cast members, Audrina Patridge’s marriage fell apart behind the scenes. While her and ex-husband, Corey Bohan’s divorce is still not finalized, the two have been struggling to co-parent their three-year-old daughter.
Back in July, Audrina had to call the police because Corey failed to return their daughter for their scheduled drop off. She was then granted a temporary restraining order after alleging domestic abuse. In response to the temporary restraining order, Corey filed paperwork that contained some startling claims.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Corey claimed Audrina has alleged he sexually abused their daughter. “In May 2019 Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS,” Corey states in the documents, “An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded.”

Corey feels Audrina is “[abusing] the judicial process by making false claims of abuse to obtain a restraining order to gain an advantage in these proceedings.”
Corey also feels Audrina is making these claims to “exploit our daughter for her own financial gain by having her filmed and having her appear on reality television…”
In her filings, Audrina claims their daughter was examined by a doctor and showed signs of alleged abuse. However, Corey states he has their daughter’s complete medical records and that nowhere does it “indicate that there was ever a concern about [their daughter] being sexually abused…”

Corey even thinks Audrina’s family may be coaching their daughter “to make false statements, which is, in and of itself, psychological abuse…” The latest news, at the time of this article, Audrina and Corey were supposed to appear in court last week.
Whether the allegations are true or not, and that will be determined in a court of law, the situation is a horrible one. Hopefully, for the sake of their daughter, this situation will be resolved.
