There are some 90 Day Fiance couples whose relationships implode before our very eyes. 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? had a few unfortunate couples this season. Some, like Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou will clearly never progress further than the bare minimum needed for a TLC paycheck. Then there are the couples that may actually make it.
If social media is any indication, Tiffany Franco and Ronald Smith just may go the distance. This new couple is mid-season on the new spinoff 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Tiffany brought son Daniel, 9, to South Africa to support boyfriend Ronald after he completed rehab for a gambling addiction. On this week’s episode, Tiffany and Ronald celebrated their bachelor and bachelorette parties.
But Tiffany shared a huge spoiler for fans on her Instagram this week. According to an article from People, Tiffany and Ronald welcomed daughter Carley Rose Smith on Wednesday, July 3rd. Looks like Tiffany forgave Ronald for interacting with that stripper at his bachelor party.
The happy parents shared an official video and sonogram. Tiffany also posted a family picture with her son, Daniel, and her little sister. Notably absent is Ronald. Fans speculate that he was unable to travel from South Africa for the birth.
Tiffany shared some thoughts about her little bundle of joy. She said, “Carley’s arrival into this world was a mother’s biggest sacrifice, the giving birth part. But she was worth every contraction, every cry, all of it!”

How did Ronald and Tiffany agree on Carly as a name? Tiffany revealed, “We struggled every day trying to find a name we were in love with. From early on until three months before her arrival, her name was almost Camila! But then I would talk to my belly and it didn’t feel right.”
Tiffany recalled calling Ronald with a name suggestion, “One day, I called Ronald and told him I found a name I fell in love with and it made my heart so warm. He agreed he loved it. It just came to me out of nowhere, but it felt so right.”
Fans of the show can now look forward to finding out all that happened in between.
