On last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After, all types of truths came out. Ashley Martson found out more damning information about her marriage with Jay Smith. At this point, I don’t think anyone cares, as long as they end this toxic relationship. I’m only watching Ashley on TV and even I want her to leave ME alone. I can only imagine what Jay feels living with her.
Chantel Everett talks to a friend in the Dominican Republic who has quite the story to tell about Pedro Jimeno’s family. This episode is packed with drama and all types of revelations. Let’s dig into the lives of these poor souls.
Jay (Jamaica) & Ashley (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania)
Ashley is once again investigating her husband, Jay. For some reason, she contacted his friends at the barber shop and they agreed to talk to her. Ummm… why???????? I thought it was bros, before crazy wives. The barber defends his loose lips, by stating he has a daughter. It seems more like an obvious ploy for more camera time. I don’t know any men who would want to be involved in their friend’s marital drama. The barbers give up all of the dirt! They claim that Jay had sex with a customer in the bathroom. The owner also showed footage of a fight between them after the incident. Hmmm… I am not buying their reasons for outing Jay or the fight….
However, I do hope Ashley stops torturing us and just divorces him. Either you are a glutton for punishment or you are simply desperate. Either way, I don’t care to keep watching this never-ending story unfold every week.
Ashley calls Jay and tells him “If you show up at home, I will have you deported.” Then she proceeds to rage call him back several times and go off. He actually admits to cheating and only asks for his belongings. Of course, Ashley has to drag things out and dish out more threats. Ugh… this is just pathetic and sad.

Ashley and her friend drink wine while they pack Jay’s things in garbage bags. She even talks to the girl that Jay cheated with at the barbershop. The girl claims that’s she was unaware he was married although Ashley met her at a BBQ. The woman does confirm that they had sex and Ashley has an emotional breakdown. Honestly, I am numb to the situation at this point. This is a toxic relationship on both ends. I wouldn’t need to talk to any other women in order to get a divorce and end the relationship.

Colt (Las Vegas, Nevada) & his mom Debbie Larissa (Brazil)
Larissa Dos Santos Lima is finally home from her short stint in jail after being charged with domestic violence. She is sleeping the day away just for some reprieve from the Michelin man Colt Johnson. Of course, in all of his times of need, he turns to mommy. Colt picks Debbie Johnson up from the airport and they discuss the events of the last few days.

Debbie is still upset at the thought of her precious little boy possibly being hurt when the police came to their home. As they arrive home, she is shocked at the damage to her house. Her bedroom window screen has been cut, the door is damaged and her room has been rummaged through. Well, there is some good news…her slot machine is still safe and sound in the living room. If I was Larissa, that is what I would of have destroyed, not a window.
Larissa reveals they argued about Colt cutting off her phone, the night she was arrested. She is still extremely angry. Larissa is very suspicious of what Colt told the police to get her arrested, given her first experience in jail. I agree… Colt acts innocent afterward, but he definitely is contributing to the problem. There is a reason the police keep coming and Larissa is getting arrested. I’m not saying Larissa is innocent, it’s clear she is a hot head, but she isn’t fighting alone.
Pedro (Dominican Republic) & Chantel (Atlanta, GA)
Pedro spent the night at his mother’s house, but arrives the next morning to talk to Chantel. It is hilarious that Chantel can’t take a fraction of what her family dishes out on a regular basis. Chantel decides to go meet with her friend, Obed, since Pedro ditched her to be with his family. Obed knew Pedro’s family before he was married. He tells Chantel he thinks her marriage was a setup by his family. He claims they just wanted Pedro to be married to any American for a better life. He doesn’t think that Pedro was involved. Okay… so if that is true, what does it matter now? If Pedro’s love is genuine, that is all that should matter. This will just be another thing for the Family Chantel to act crazy about.

Obed also believes Pedro’s family doesn’t like Chantel because they fell in love and now she is their competition. I think this guy is bitter because the sister broke up HIS relationship. His story wasn’t based on any actual facts, just opinions. This is why Chantel is alone in the Dominican Republic. She cares more about the opinions of others than her husband. Even if family thought he could have more opportunities with an American woman…what is the point of obsessing about it now that you are married. Just smile and be cordial when you see them and be happy they live in another country.
Now that Chantel has talked to her friend, her paranoia is in overdrive. She calls the Family Chantel and recites every negative detail that has taken place. SMH…. Of course, this is only confirmation of all of their suspicions about Pedro and his family. Her parents even offer to hire a private investigator. Oh, Chantel, when will you ever learn?
Elizabeth (Tampa, FL) & Andrei (Moldova)
Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei Castravet prepare for his father to come visit from Moldova for two months. Hopefully, his dad is less intense than his freeloading son. Andrei finds out his father’s trip has been delayed and he has a layover for 9 hours in a foreign country. Andrei wants to buy a $600 ticket to meet his dad in New York to make him more comfortable. Elizabeth suggests asking her father for the money because they don’t have any to spare. Andrei flies in a rage and not only books the ticket, but he demands Elizabeth to pack his bag. SMH…. Girl, I couldn’t deal with that man for an hour, let alone the rest of my life.
Elizabeth is still upset that Andrei spent money they didn’t have for a 15-hour trip. She is also worried about him being away. She could go in labor at any time and doesn’t want him to miss the birth. Andrei arrives at the airport and is relieved to find his father. I do understand his worry if his dad doesn’t have experience in airports and there is a language barrier. Virtually every bad traveling scenario happened to Andrei’s dad on his way to America. I don’t blame him for going to his father. But he needs to get a job that can bring in some real money ASAP.

Elizabeth, Andrei, and his father go to a classic American diner. Andrei takes the opportunity to tell his dad negative things about Elizabeth’s family. Elizabeth is frustrated because she wants her father-in-law to meet her family without preconceived notions. Honestly, Andrei’s dad is the total opposite of his son. He tells Andrei to settle his conflicts for the sake of his family. I only wish he could speak English to be able to communicate with everyone so he could possibly help mediate. I highly doubt Elizabeth’s family will mistreat Andrei’s dad just because they don’t care for him. Andrei seems to think otherwise, though. SMH…

Paola (Colombia) & Russ (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)
Paola Mayfield is finally in labor and everyone is rushing to prepare for her home birth. As the pain intensifies pain, she probably is wondering why she didn’t take her mom’s advice. I’m sure she is wishing for a hospital and epidural right about now. But you have to give the woman respect for following through with her decision for a natural birth at home. Paola and Russ Mayfield finally welcome their baby and he is adorable.
Little baby Axel was born on New Year’s Day to proud parents. As the couple gets adjusted to being new parents, Paola literally became that overprotective mom. The only issue is she is protecting the baby from his own father. She literally is criticizing everything he does. Well… I guess that shouldn’t be new to Russ.
