Is your wildest dream about to come true? Or is this your worst nightmare? Regardless of how you feel about Kenya Moore, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of gray area. It’s either love her or hate her with little in between. After Kenya left Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2017, she finally got her wish of becoming a mom. Daughter, Brooklyn Daly was born in November 2018. While we did not get to see a lot of Kenya’s pregnancy on film, she did show up to a Cynthia Bailey function during Season 11 of RHOA. Her mere presence caused NeNe Leakes to have another big baby tantrum meltdown, which eventually lead to the demise of her friendship with Cynthia.
So, along with husband Marc Daly and her new baby, is Twirl ready to sign on the dotted line and come back? Viewers and current cast members seem to think a shakeup is necessary. Some want Phaedra Parks back. Some want NeNe to leaveleave. But for the out and proud Kenya fans, and the closet fans who won’t admit it, it looks like your time might be coming after all.
Is NeNe suddenly having a bad day? Does NeNe ever have good days? Either way, this news probably won’t put a smile on her face. On an episode of The Real, Kenya chatted up about a possible return to RHOA. An article from Hollywood Life tells us she hinted that it’s definitely a possibility.
Kenya was asked if there was any truth to the rumor that she’s talked to RHOA producers. She hesitated prior to responding. However, she did confirm that there is. “I would say there’s some truth to that,” Kenya admitted. “Conversations… yes, conversations.”
Regarding the content of the “conversations,” Kenya kept pretty mum. She had this to say when asked about NeNe’s incredibly inflated salary increase, “I ain’t asking for nothing! I got a baby I need some money!” she said before directly responding to the question. “You know, I can’t say if that’s true or not, it doesn’t sound true to me but if she is making that kind of money, then I would love for her to cut that check to the Detroit Public Schools. She promised to give 20 thousand dollars [to them].”

So it looks like Kenya might be returning after all. I guess that means there were no hard feelings at Bravo after her secret marriage. Kenya shared this about her departure from the show, “They didn’t make me [leave],” she said. “Trust me, I wasn’t fired. I know a lot of times, I read these blogs, ‘fired,’ how are you gonna get fired if you have an offer on the table? There is some silliness that you read.”

I will be honest with you guys, I do not have a dog in this fight. But I do think it would be amusing if she came back, given NeNe’s visceral response to her company. I’m sure Ms. Leakes will prepare a lovely statement, welcoming Kenya back with open arms. Also, Hell has frozen over.
