Cynthia Bailey has been very vocal about her desire to get married to Mike Hill. She even made a hashtag combining her first name and his last name: #CHill. To put it nicely, she’s enthusiastic. Still, there are some people who aren’t buying the constant hype around the relationship.
One of those people is none other than the biggest hater of them all NeNe Leakes. She is one of many people who are tired of hearing Cynthia talk about her plans to get married to Mike ASAP. Even though they are NOT even engaged. I can’t help but wonder how Mike feels, (most likely) getting Google alerts about his own wedding to his non-fiancee. How awkward.
During an interview on a recent episode of The Talk, NeNe had plenty of shade for her ex-bestie Cynthia. They both appear in the movie How High 2. We all know NeNe got her that gig. NeNe didn’t say that, but she did dismiss Cynthia Hill by saying, “She’s an extra.” The same can be said for her role on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Well, until that hot mic moment during the season finale. Up until that point, she was just skating along, attaching her name to random products and creating hashtags.
Then the conversation turned to Cynthia’s claim that she will get married next year. NeNe remarked, “I would announce the same thing if I was trying to get another season on the show.” Cynthia doesn’t even need this though, not at this point. She’s feuding with the HBIC. That’s enough of a plot line to keep her on Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Still, NeNe reminded us all, “Everybody has got to have a storyline.” Then why has Cynthia been on the show for this long? What storyline has she ever had?
At another point in the interview, NeNe was asked, “Are you saying it is not real?” That’s when NeNe clarified, “I’m not saying it’s not real. I’m just saying, people do anything for money, honey.” Especially a Real Housewife. There’s no check that these women wouldn’t cash.
