On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight, the couples only had three days to make their final decision on their marriages. The experts have asked them all to watch their wedding video to remind them why they decided to do the experiment. They could have saved time and public embarrassment by just joining Match or eHarmony. But I don’t mind sitting watching the shit show unfold as I eat popcorn and take bets on who will stay together.
Stephanie Sersen takes AJ Vollmoeller to the gym for a group workout. AJ literally whines and throws a tantrum the entire time because he is out of shape. He doesn’t even try to attempt to do any of the exercises and complains he “won’t be able to move all week.” We have all seen AJ and his man boobs on camera and I’m sure Stephanie was trying to give him a hint. Frustrated and out of his comfort zone, he storms out of the class with mommy Stephanie running after him. I just can’t with this guy, he better not have gotten too accustomed to eating dinner with someone. I have a feeling he could be back to standing and eating alone, shortly. I must say, he is probably one of the most uncoordinated people I have ever seen. Stephanie, girl, you can be honest with me, is he satisfying you in the bedroom? With that poor showing of endurance in the gym, I would think not. #Gross.
Jasmine goes out for drinks with friends to discuss her upcoming decision. Apparently, the only thing they have in common is their desire for children. The cons are that he is laid back, messy, and there is no intimacy in their marriage. Despite all of that, she believes Will Guess is going to decide to stay with her, but she is still unsure. Ummm…. I’m not sure what she is going by because my guess would we be the total opposite.
Kate Sisk meets with her two self -respecting friends who actually see all the red flags, we see as viewers. She explains to them that she likes Luke Cuccurullo and she has gotten to know him really well. They also out him for being the hypocrite he truly is, accusing Kate of having a drinking problem when he drinks and stocks their home with wine. Her friends plead for her to take a step back and really see how unhappy she has become in their relationship.
Kate seems like the type of friend who always talks about their horrible relationship, never takes advice, but wants to continue to drain your energy listening to her crazy. I could not be friends with Kate. She literally is showing all the signs of someone who is a glutton for punishment with zero self-esteem.
Keith Dewar meets with his uncle to talk about his feelings about Kristine Killingsworth. He reveals he is growing to love her and can see her in his future. Kristine talks with her mother about her feelings about her husband. She is fearful of getting hurt and wonders if it is too good to be true. I would say out of all the couples, I would bet on these two to stay together.
AJ and Stephanie go out to dinner and discuss decision day. AJ begins to gloss over his mood swings and says that she has seen him at his worst. I highly doubt that is true. I believe the worst is yet to come. Stephanie actually tells him she doesn’t want to keep seeing his tantrums and that it makes her nervous about how he will act after the experiment ends. I think this is the first time she has voiced her concerns in a serious way. Honestly, AJ reminds me of a candidate for the ID channel. Between the obsession with eating alone for years and his temperament, I could easily see him becoming a storyline for a based on a true story, Lifetime movie.
At dinner, Kate voices her concerns to Luke. She actually calls him out on his bs when he attempts to manipulate the conversation. She feels like he places his business, family, and friends above her. When she starts hitting him with the hard questions he shuts down and pulls a Jedi mind trick and goes back to his lines about there are “things” he is attracted to about her and he wants to stay married.
Of course, Kate melts into a puddle of mush and gazes in his eyes at the mere thought that he could be attracted to something about her. That something could be her elbow for all we know, but it seems to be enough for her. SMH… This woman needs to be supervised when she talks to Luke. Whenever she begins on a strong note, he knows just what to say to give her false hope. I wouldn’t be surprised if this sociopath was only building her up so she doesn’t leave him before he leaves her.
Will and Jasmine have dinner for the last time before decision day. Will seems extremely uncomfortable and nervous for some reason. I am not sure about this couple, Will is so hard to read. On one hand, he says he only wants to be married once. Then, he acts like he isn’t into his wife.
All of the couples will be separated from their partners before decision day. Each will stay at a location alone to have time to think about what they want to do. I actually think this is a good idea, since Kate may need to be alone to break the spell, evil Luke put on her. Honestly, I want Stephanie and Kate to run and not even show up to the taping. I think both of their husbands have the capability of locking them up in the basement once the show is over. Ughh…. The suspense is killing me. I guess we will find out next week, who will stay together and who will walk away. I can’t wait!!!
