It’s hard to believe, but we are halfway through season seven of Vanderpump Rules. So far this season, Lisa Vanderpump unveiled Tom Tom. James Kennedy was fired from SUR…again. Billie Lee is at odds with Lala Kent. Ariana Madix replaced Scheana Marie with Stassi Schroeder as her new BFF. And crazy Kristen Doute almost ruined the girls trip to Solvang.
One can only imagine what antics are in store for the rest of season. Will Jax Taylor make it a whole season without cheating on Brittany Cartwright? Will Scheana stay “single” or make it official with Adam Spott? Will James get See You Next Tuesday back? Will Lala’s fiancé Randall Emmett make a movie that scores higher than zero on Rotten Tomatoes? Let’s find out!
People dropped the mid-season trailer and it’s packed with drama. To no one’s surprise, Lala gets into several heated arguments. Lala talks about herself in the third person to James and says, “You’re still sitting there loving the fact that you got to f*ck Lala.” In another scene, she screams at Billie, “Get the f*ck outta my face ho!” If there’s one thing we can count on, it’s Lala keeping it classy.
Everyone’s relationship seems to be on the rocks. Stassi and Beau Clark are running hot and cold. One moment Stassi tells Beau, “I love you more than ranch dressing.” High praise indeed! In another scene, she yells at him, “I’m not going to go to sleep alone!” Lisa advises Stassi, “Don’t screw it up.” Listen to the queen, Stassi!
Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are also up and down. In a heated exchange, Katie tells Tom, “All I need you to do is just f*cking listen to me sometimes.” Tom deadpans, “Problem is I don’t like the sound of your voice.” Did someone hear a mic drop? Tom makes up for it later though when he surprises Katie in the bedroom with champagne and bags of Cheetos all over the bed. #couplesgoals
Kristen and her boyfriend Brian Carter are still having problems. During dinner, Carter tells Kristen, “You have to be nice to someone to have them be nice to you all the time.” Kristen replies, “I am nice to you.” Then Carter laughs in her face. Things are not looking good for those two.
Scheana and Adam are at odds as well. Adam yells at Scheana, “You slept with him?” Scheana snaps back, “I thought about you the entire f*cking time.” Sounds like Scheana is taking a page out of the Jax Taylor playbook.

Speaking of, it looks like there is no cheating drama on the horizon for Jax and Brittany. However, Brittany admits during therapy that, “There’s still a little bit of me that doesn’t trust him.” In another scene, Jax tells a friend, “I love Brittany more than anything but I’m always going to be number one.” Just like he’s the number one guy in the group? Still, that’s probably the most honest thing Jax has said on the show. See, Brittany has changed him y’all!
James is still having a rough go. In one scene Lisa tells him, “Maybe you future doesn’t include SUR.” In another scene James tells Tom and Ariana, “This is the end of me, bye.”
This might have then spurred a big fight between Tom Sandoval and Katie. In the back alley of SUR, Katie yells at Tom, “I didn’t get him fired, he got himself fired!” Tom shouts back, “You’re a bully Katie!” He continues, “I can say whatever the f*ck I want to anybody but if somebody calls me fat I’m getting their ass f*cking fired!” Tom 1 is not having Katie’s double standards.
I have a feeling the rest of the season will be full speed ahead. Grab your popcorn and buckle your seatbelts. We’ve got a wild ride ahead of us!
