When it comes to the current season of Real Housewives of New York, former cast member Jules Wainstein is just as much of a fan as the rest of the viewers.
Even Jules can’t help being intrigued and entertained by the fallout between Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill. While she was on the show, Jules accused Carole and Bethenny of being mean girls, so it makes sense that she might revel in the former partners in crime having a very public fall out.
Unfortunately for Jules, she only got to hold up an apple for two season on Real Housewives of New York. During an interview for the Everything Iconic With Danny Pellegrino podcast, Jules shared, “When you do a while just one season, I feel like you need a second season for people to really get to know you. So unfortunately, I never got that chance.”
Jules was asked, “Do you get FOMO?” She confessed, “Yes. Oh my god. I’m hearing that Carole and Bethenny have a moment.” She shared, “I don’t know what the ending result is but I heard the typical that Bethenny says something to Carole that insults her and Carole stands up for herself. In the past, she was more quiet, you know? It’s exciting. I got excited.” You’re not the only one, Jules.
Later on in the interview, Jules said, “Bethenny, she’s such a bitch. Anything you do, she will be so negative and make fun of you. She can’t let you just have fun.” She also said, “She’s scary.”
The Bethenny comments weren’t all negative though. Jules said, “She’s really smart. We’ve had some really nice moments.” It just sounds like those were few and far between. Jules added, “She’s very caring. She’s very smart. I look up to her in a way. She’s a single mom who made it all on her own.”
What does Jules think about Carole? Jules explained, “Carole, when you’re one on one with her, she’s great. I felt that season, she was more like a parrot to Bethenny, but I heard this season she’s not. I heard she’s great this season.” So clearly, she’s on Carole’s side in this feud.
Just like every former Real Housewife, Jules was asked about the possibility of returning to the show. She admitted, “Yeah, I wouldn’t be opposed to it.” She explained, “I like the way the show portrayed me. I thought I came off very sweet. Like I said, you really need a second season for everyone to get to know you.”
