Reality star and R&B songstress K. Michelle (pictured top after surgery) has tweaked her famed bootylicious bod and just revealed the results to her legion of fans via Instagram. The petite star of VH1’s, K. Michelle: My Life decided to take her bodacious booty down a few notches by reducing the surgical enhancement to a size that is more realistic. Apparently, as a business woman on the rise, K. Michelle felt she was not being taken seriously because of her almost cartoonish bodily proportions.
Following her butt reduction, K. Michelle posted a pic of her reworked backside with a caption that read:
“Betsy is smaller, but she still makes a statement,” she captioned the photo. “Sometimes less is more. Not finished yet, but feeling liberated getting back to myself.”
Over the years, K. Michelle has come under fire via social media for her exaggerated butt. Folks questioned whether her behind was fake or real because of its large size. She would oftentimes respond to her critics venomously, maintaining that her backside was authentic and free of injections or implants but did admit to getting a butt lift. Then back in November, she sat down with TV personality B. Scott to discuss her latest and greatest plans and mentioned, how the wheels were already in motion to reduce her ‘enhanced’ backside in her quest for more ‘normal’ curves.
K. Michelle is now proudly not only ringing in the new year with her new look but also the Season 2 premiere of her hit reality show on January 25.
