Lizzie Rovsek has been unfortunately absent for much of this season of Real Housewives Of Orange County. Prior to it airing Lizzie said she opted to film less due to the incredible negativity of the season – she wasn’t kidding!
With all the talk about Jesus in the season finale, the only person who demonstrated any kindness (or sanity), was, in fact, Lizzie, who distanced herself from the confusion of Satan. (She also didn’t climb on a cross or crucify herself!).
Believing season 10 “ended on a very sad note,” Lizzie is disappointed that so many friendships suffered. “I hope time can bring clarity and forgiveness for everyone. After all, we all live in glass houses.”

Throughout this season Lizzie, a ‘Friend’ has largely kept her comments and opinions to herself – unlike SOME 30-year-old Housewives. Following some more outlandish behavior from Meghan King Edmonds on Twitter, Lizzie has decided to weigh in on her friendships, the season finale, and the fake “fact checking” mission that took place this season.
“I wasn’t going to write a blog this week,” says Lizzie. But…., “I woke up to Meghan causing drama on Twitter, ‘fact checking’ and doing a roll call for everyone that knew of David’s affair. It really rubbed me the wrong way. So, I changed my mind and decided to write a blog for you all.”

Lizzie confirmed she had heard about the affair directly from Shannon Beador.
Lizzie never heard rumors of David’s cheating, as Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow claimed to, and out of loyalty to Shannon she wouldn’t have believed them. Really?
“Shannon hasn’t acknowledged the fact that she confided in me about the affair and says that only Vicki, Heather and Tamra knew. That’s not true, and perhaps she said that because she was only referring to the main Housewives,” writes Lizzie. “That’s fine, I understand.”
“Hearing Vicki tell Shannon that she was there for her when no ones else was, was very hurtful to me. I was there,” adds Lizzie. “I have been a great friend to Shannon and anything that she confides in me I don’t breathe a word about. I defended Shannon all season. I think it’s great that she has a new found friendship with Heather and Tamra, but I was there all along. I still am.”
AKA – Shannon is a stupid fool if she thinks Tamra and Heather are actually her true and loyal friends, especially because she’s abandoning loyal friends like Lizzie.
“I am friends with both Vicki and Shannon so the feud that erupted at the baptism was upsetting to me. I can totally understand why Shannon was upset. When you confide in your friends, you trust them. That was a low blow from Rhonda and seemed to come out of left field,” writes Lizzie. “I did not know that Shannon was openly talking about the affair this season (on the show) until that point. So at the time it was said, I was like, ‘woah!’ Shannon had confided in me regarding the affair, but I never spoke about it.”
Moving on to the ongoing drama with Brooks, Vicki and Meghan, it continues to leave a bad taste in Lizzie’s mouth.
“I feel really bad that this beautiful event became more about Brooks‘ cancer debacle,” writes Lizzie. Calling that a beautiful event demonstrates what a generous person Lizzie is.
“I don’t ‘fact check’ my friends. I will believe my friends until the point that I can’t anymore,” says Lizzie. “Whatever is going on with Vicki and Brooks doesn’t have anything to do with this beautiful baptism. If Brooks is lying about something as serious as cancer he will have to suffer because of it.”
“Do I think he is lying about cancer? I will be honest, a lot of stuff doesn’t add up,” acknowledges Lizzie. “If he is lying, more than anything, I feel sorry for him. I also feel sorry for Vicki if she has been caught up in a mess of this caliber. I really can’t imagine someone doing that and I don’t know why someone would do that. It’s very sad.”
Lizzie did not participate in the reunion, which is probably a blessing in disguise!
