Aww, babies! It’s hard to be anything but happy for a couple who are expecting a long-anticipated child, and Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker fit that bill. Since news of Kandi’s pregnancy went public this week, fans have been wondering how much Kandi will share in her storyline on next season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Having shared just about everything else with the cameras, including her career, wedding, and toxic relationship with Mama Joyce, it’s no surprise that Kandi is already opening up about how her pregnancy is going so far. She tells E! News that hasn’t had “any cravings so far. Right now it’s been a pretty easy pregnancy.”

Kandi also hints that the couple, who already each have a daughter, are hoping for a boy this time around. “There’s too much estrogen in this house,” Kandi told E!.
But no matter if it’s a girl or boy, Kandi shares that she and Todd’s daughters are thrilled. “Our daughters, Kaela and Riley, couldn’t be happier about becoming big sisters.”
Kandi and Todd have been trying to expand their family since they got married in front of the Bravo cameras back in 2014. After going through IVF treatments, hormone treatments, and what Kandi reports as “attitude problems,” she and Todd were able to make that dream a reality.
Despite Todd’s rocky relationship with Kandi’s mother throughout RHOA seasons past, Kandi claims Mama Joyce is “very supportive” of their pregnancy. How “very supportive” she’ll continue to be after the baby is born, subsequently taking away more of Kandi’s attention from her bottomless pit of need, remains to be seen.
