When famewhores collide – magic, or should I say money, is made! Kim Kardashian‘s very successful app, Kim Kardashian Hollywood just added a new famous face: NeNe Leakes!
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star has been teasing about a big business venture with Kim, but no one could possibly imagine what. It turns out they’re cartoon besties! In the Kim Kardashian Hollywood game, fashion designer NeNe joins Kim’s team as part of her “glam squad” advertised Kim, sharing a still from the game featuring a NeNe-avatar in a leopard-print dress.
Ironically in the game Kim and NENE are the same height and NeNe’s head is not 50% larger than Kim’s to accommodate her massive ego. Oh, what am I saying – could there be a bigger ego than Kim‘s (other than Kanye’s)?

“#NewUpdateAlert obsessed with @NeNeLeakes & get glam tips from @jenatkinhair @MakeupByMario #KimKardashianGame,” Kim boasted on twitter. Not at all bashful NeNe celebrated her animated launch with a blog post entitled, “Congratulations To Me!” Congrats indeed – because Kim’s app rakes in massive dough!
Moving on, it’s hard to imagine a humble Kim K, but the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star admits she didn’t think her lucrative career would survive her divorce from Kris Humphries. Unfortunately much like cockroaches when the apocalypse hits Kim K and her entire plastic everything will likely still be standing!
During a session of Hollywood and Trends in Digital Storytelling in London, Kim opened up about how social media and smart strategizing over how to rebrand herself saved her career. Damn you twitter! More like dating Kanye West saved her career. Who is she kidding…
“At the time when I was going through the divorce I did say to everyone, ‘You guys I think our careers are over. I hope you’ve saved your money. And now we’ll just continue to do our clothing stores and continue to do what we started off doing before the show,'” Kim confessed to The Drum. “I totally thought it was over. I was being very paranoid.”
Kim ultimately decided to take some time off from the spotlight and then re-emerged on Kanye’s arm, getting knocked up almost immediately afterwards and nearly everyone was so caught up in the firestorm Kris H become like a blip on the screen.
“I just took some time off and the time was really good for me. I cancelled everything,” Kim explained. “I had a book tour, I had a fragrance launch, I had everything that you could possibly imagine and I just cancelled it all and I took time for me.”
Right – took some time off, from the hardest working woman in Hollywood? Nonsense!
