Caitlyn Jenner is thanking the plastic surgeon behind her 10-hour facial feminization surgery with a highly customized gift: one her first autographs!
Caitlyn gave Dr. Harrison Lee an autographed copy of her groundbreaking Vanity Fair cover, thanking him for his amazing work. “To Harrison, Great Job Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star inscribed on the cover.

In the VF article Caitlyn confessed that the epic surgery caused her to have a “panic attack” especially when it lasted far longer than expected. Of the procedure she recalls thinking, “What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?” And during recovery panicked about the results and how permanent they were. However, then Caitlyn remembered that living with this painful secret was a far-worse fate.
Now, of course, Caitlyn is thrilled with her results and the work of Dr. Lee, and others who were also involved in the transformation.
Dr. Lee‘s assistant shared a photo of Caitlyn and the plastic surgeon on instagram posing with the autographed Vanity Fair. “So impressed by my boss Dr Harrison Lee’s phenomenal work and being part of Caitlyn’s transformation. #caitlynjenner #drharrisonlee #vanityfair #transgender #realself #loveit.”
Perhaps some Real Housewives (or Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris Jenner) ought to pay a visit to Dr. Lee as his work is obviously phenomenal.
Well, Caitlyn looks amazing! And thank goodness we won’t be seeing her on Botched – ever! However, can I just take this moment to lament Instagram’s new layout. #WTF Some things are better left unaltered.
Caitlyn’s Vanity Fair magazine hit newsstands yesterday and her reality show I Am Cait premieres on E! July 26th. Caitlyn’s surgery will reportedly be featured as part of the docuseries.
