This week we’re seeing a lot of new interviews from The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice. He opened up for the latest issue of Us Weekly and he also sat down with the crew from Extra, too. Joe’s talking about Teresa Giudice’s life in prison as well as how the family is handling her absence.
Extra sat down with Joe in the family kitchen to talk about their life and Teresa’s, with Joe calling her “an amazing woman.” Joe and the girls hung out with the TV crew and played a game with dad during the interview. Joe shared that no matter how strong you try to be, you break down.
Juicy opened up about Tre in prison, sharing that she “has a little job in there, in the kitchen.” He also says that she has a “little group she goes to the gym with and hangs with. A gal who does their hair, does her nails.” He also shared that she still primps before he and the girls come to visit. Joe says last time she kept them waiting for an hour while she fixed her hair and makeup. He joked “I mean, really? That was a little annoying. It’s like ‘just come out, we’re going to see her any way.'” Joe shared that the girls email her all the time. He even got an email while they were filming the interview.
The father of four says that paparazzi are still trying to get those shots of his wife in prison. Teresa has told him that there was a plane circling where she was, trying to get a photo.
Juicy added, “we’re not bad people, we’re not these criminals or whatever.”
When asked if they’ll return to Real Housewives of New Jersey, he says “eh, the numbers would have to be very big in order to go back. As of right now there’s none.”
