Joe Giudice Returns To Court Thursday For Sentencing In Driver’s License Fraud Case!

'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' stars Joe and Teresa Giudice have pleaded not guilty to federal fraud charges.

Joe Giudice will officially receive his long-awaited sentence for his driver’s license fraud case – and be remanded to turn over his license as he officially loses his legal driving privileges. Like that’s stopped him before!

On Thursday the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star again returns to a Patterson courtroom to finalize his sentence related to the plea deal he agreed to in October.

In what was the latest in a string of postponements throughout the case, Joe was initially supposed to be sentenced earlier in the month, but it was rescheduled due to a health issue with the prosecutor. However Joe is not getting any more passes (we hope!).

Joe and his beleaguered but buying a vacation home attorney Miles Feinstein will face Superior Court Judge Adam Jacobs at 2Pm in a Patterson courtroom to learn his fate – and whether or not he’ll have to uber it to the mistress’s house in Atlantic City!

In October Joe plead guilty to possession of a fraudulent license after being caught using his brother’s identification to fool the DMV during a time when his own license was suspended because of a DUI.

Joe agreed to an 18-month sentence, which will be served concurrently with the 41-months he’ll be serving in a federal penitentiary for bankruptcy fraud (without adding additional time). However Joe will lose his license for at least 6 months, as decided by the judge on Thursday.

This comes at an inconvenient time since as we know Teresa Giudice is currently serving time and Joe is responsible for transporting their 4 beautiful daughters. Joe almost rejected the plea deal on those grounds but at the last minute came to his senses when faced with the possibility of additional jail time if the case went to trial.
