If you would have told me last year that Erica Mena had settled into a drama-free relationship and would be walking down the aisle in a traditional wedding gown, I would not have believed you! But it’s true.
The Love & Hip Hop star and her fiancé Bow Wow (aka Shad Moss) are happily planning their wedding together, which will take place in April and won’t be a giant reality TV affair at all. “It’s around the corner,” confirms Erica, “so it’s a lot of work to do actually. It’s coming together.”

“I want it to be strictly friends and family. I think people are going to be surprised to learn, it’s definitely an intimate affair. More importantly, I want us to enjoy the moment so much,” Erica explained. “I think, with every single detail and everything we decide, it’s definitely going to be an ‘Us’ thing – this is a big step in our lives.”
Despite the fact that the wedding will be an “intimate affair” Erica clarifies it won’t be boring – courtesy of Bow Wow‘s heavily stocked cache of celebrity friends! “Thankfully, he has a lot of celebrity friends stuff so I’m sure my wedding party will be quite interesting.”
Erica confirms her ex Rich Dollaz is absolutely not invited to the wedding to embarrass her. “He has to pay child support first! I don’t want no cops showing up, trying to arrest anybody cause they ain’t takin’ care of their kids at my wedding,” Erica tells Hip Hollywood. “Definitely not.”
