Tamra Barney is no stranger to heated exchanges, loud arguments, or screaming in public – after all she is a Real Housewives Of Orange County star!
Yesterday Tamra went to court with ex-husband Simon Barney to continue working on their custody dispute – and that wasn’t the only dispute Tamra dealt with that day. She reportedly got into a screaming argument with Simon’s girlfriend Catushia Ienni! The exes are in court because Simon accused Tamra of neglect and is attempting to get full custody of their three minor children, Sydney, Spencer, and Sophia.
Yesterday, Tamra, armed with her attorney and child psychologist Renee Hulse, set out to prove otherwise as both sides’ attorneys met with the judge in chambers. Unfortunately most of the drama happened outside of the courtroom!

An argument erupted between Tamra and Catushia when Tamra accused Catushia of filming Tamra and her daughter, without their knowledge, on her daughter’s first day of school. After court adjourned, and Eddie Judge waited for Simon and Catushia to leave the courthouse and Eddie whipped out his cell phone and pretended to film Catushia and Simon.
“How do you like it!?” Tamra reportedly yelled. Catushia screamed back, “I didn’t take video of you! I don’t need a picture of your ugly f**king face!”
Tamra, no stranger to foul language, answered back, ““Nice language,” before Simon interjected with, “She’s being a loudmouth.” Well at least Tamra didn’t throw a drink in Catushia’s face. #joking
Tamra told Radar Online that Simon’s girlfriend Catushia “started as his girlfriend, now she’s a live-in nanny!” Adding that Catushia is “20 years younger than he is!” Which apparently explains her immaturity in how she behaved towards Tamra – although given that Tamra is 46 what’s her excuse?!
After yesterday’s meeting, Tamra reports that things went positively and counts it as a legal victory. “From what [my attorney] said, it’s really good news,” Tamra revealed. “From what I’ve been told most of the evidence Simon claimed to have has been taken out.” The judge confirmed, “We’re limited of what the evidence is going to be.”
Simon accuses Tamra of neglecting her children’s health and hygiene, and claimed daughter Sydney doesn’t want to go to Tamra’s house anymore. Simon also stated that Tamra’s behavior on RHOC negatively impacts their children and that she is more focused on her reality TV career than motherhood. All claims Tamra denied and a child psychologist rebutted.
After most of the evidence is being removed, Tamra is annoyed that Simon is wasting their time on a court case. “It’s all so silly. It’s a waste of court resources and taxpayers money. It’s unfortunate it has to be dragged on,” she complained. “Simon’s been treating this like it’s a murder trial. He’s carrying in his big boxes. He has boxes of videotapes of every episode of [RHOC].”
