Today is not a good day for Apollo Nida!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is scheduled to receive his sentence after pleading guilty to several counts of financial fraud – and apparently that’s not the only bad news! A property Apollo purchased in Atlanta sold in a foreclosure auction.

If you’re going Huh? – you’re not alone! It seems like Apollo owned a mystery property – once which we did not live in with Phaedra Parks and their two sons.

Apollo initially purchased the 4,687 square-foot property in 2010 for $9,000, but despite spending thousands at the strip club each month he neglected to pay property taxes and the home was foreclosed on. The 3-bedroom house sold on May 6th, however, for a paltry $2,800!

All that time Apollo was living in Phaedra’s home, which she purchased before they married. Then the couple ostensibly bought a mansion together which they were renovating. Upon news of Apollo’s arrest, it emerged that Phaedra was the sole owner of that home, however!

Documents obtained by Radar Online, which are related to Apollo’s mystery home state, it lapsed into foreclosure for “taxes owed, the interest and penalties on said taxes, and the expenses of the sale, all of which were mature and payable because of failure to pay same interest and penalties on said taxes…”
